the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "It is part of a person’s happiness to have a righteous neighbor, a comfortable mount, and a spacious dwelling."  

أحمد:١٥٣٧٢ – حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ حَدَّثَنِي خُمَيْلٌ أَنَا وَمُجَاهِدٌ عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مِنْ سَعَادَةِ الْمَرْءِ الْجَارُ الصَّالِحُ، وَالْمَرْكَبُ الْهَنِيءُ، وَالْمَسْكَنُ الْوَاسِعُ۔»
