[Machine] I heard Saad say that he heard it from the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ that whoever claims to be someone's father without being their biological father, while knowing that he is not their father, then Paradise is forbidden for him. I met Abu Bakr and spoke to him about it, and he said, "I also heard it with my own ears and it settled in my heart from Muhammad ﷺ ."  

أحمد:١٥٠٤ – حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ الْأَحْوَلُ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ قَالَقَالَ سَعْدٌ وَقَالَ مَرَّةً

سَمِعْتُ سَعْدًا يَقُولُ سَمِعَتْهُ أُذُنَايَ وَوَعَاهُ قَلْبِي مِنْ مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ أَنَّهُ مَنِ ادَّعَى أَبًا غَيْرَ أَبِيهِ وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ غَيْرُ أَبِيهِ فَالْجَنَّةُ عَلَيْهِ حَرَامٌ قَالَ فَلَقِيتُ أَبَا بَكْرَةَ فَحَدَّثْتُهُ فَقَالَ وَأَنَا سَمِعَتْهُ أُذُنَايَ وَوَعَاهُ قَلْبِي مِنْ مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ

I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "Whoever claims to be the son of a person other than his father, and he knows that person is not his father, then Paradise will be forbidden for him." Both of my ears heard the Messenger of Allah saying this: He who claimed the fatherhood of anyone else besides his real father knowingly (committed a great sin) ;Paradise is forbidden to him. Abu Bakra asserted that he too heard it from the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him ).  

مسلم:٦٣a – حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ قَالَ

[Machine] I heard Saad being the first to throw an arrow in the cause of Allah, and Abu Bakr had fortified the fortress of Taif against a group of people. So they came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "We heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, 'Whoever claims to belong to someone other than his father, while knowing that he is not his father, then Paradise is forbidden for him.'"  

أحمد:١٤٩٧ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْأَحْوَلِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عُثْمَانَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ سَعْدًا وَهُوَ أَوَّلُ مَنْ رَمَى بِسَهْمٍ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ وَأَبَا بَكْرَةَ تَسَوَّرَ حِصْنَ الطَّائِفِ فِي نَاسٍ فَجَاءَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالا سَمِعْنَا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ مَنِ ادَّعَى إِلَى أَبٍ غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ غَيْرُ أَبِيهِ فَالْجَنَّةُ عَلَيْهِ حَرَامٌ

[Machine] I heard with my ears and my heart was aware from Muhammad ﷺ that whoever claims to be the child of someone other than his father, knowing that he is not his father, then Paradise is forbidden for him. So I met Abu Bakr and told him, and he said, "And I also heard with my ears and my heart was aware from Muhammad ﷺ ."  

أحمد:١٥٥٣ – حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ الْأَحْوَلُ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَعْدًا يَقُولُ

ابن حبّان:٤١٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا حَامِدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ يُونُسَ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ قَالَ

لَمَّا ادُّعِيَ زِيَادٌ لَقِيتُ أَبَا بَكْرَةَ فَقُلْتُ مَا هَذَا الَّذِي صَنَعْتُمْ؟ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ سَعْدَ بْنَ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ يَقُولُ سَمِعَ أُذُنَايَ وَوَعَاهُ قَلْبِي أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنِ ادَّعَى أَبًا فِي الْإِسْلَامِ وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ غَيْرُ أَبِيهِ فَالْجَنَّةُ عَلَيْهِ حَرَامٌ» فقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرَةَ وَأَنَا سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ  

ذِكْرُ تَحْرِيمِ اللَّهِ جَلَّ وَعَلَا الْجَنَّةَ عَلَى الْمُنْتَمِي إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ

ibnhibban:416 – Shabāb b. Ṣāliḥ > Wahbb. Baqiyyah > Khālid > Khālid > Abū ʿUthmān > Saʿd b. Mālik

[Machine] I heard it with my own ears and my heart absorbed it from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that he said, "Whoever claims to be someone's father in Islam, knowing that he is not his father, Paradise is forbidden for him." I mentioned this to Abu Bakrah, and he said, "I also heard it with my own ears, and my heart absorbed it from the Prophet ﷺ ."  

ابن حبّان:٤١٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا شَبَابُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

سَمِعَتْهُ أُذُنَايَ وَوَعَاهُ قَلْبِي مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ «مَنِ ادَّعَى أَبًا فِي الْإِسْلَامِ وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ غَيْرُ أَبِيهِ فَالْجَنَّةُ عَلَيْهِ حَرَامٌ» قَالَ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِأَبِي بَكْرَةَ قَالَ وَأَنَا سَمِعَتْهُ أُذُنَايَ وَوَعَاهُ قَلْبِي مِنَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ
