The Prophet ﷺ said, "Make things easy for the people, and do not make it difficult for them, and make them calm (with glad tidings) and do not repulse (them ).

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَسِّرُوا وَلاَ تُعَسِّرُوا وَسَكِّنُوا وَلاَ تُنَفِّرُوا

The Apostle of Allah ﷺ used to turn to the right (at the end of the prayer).

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يَنْصَرِفُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ

Show leniency; do not be hard; give solace and do not create aversion.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَسِّرُوا وَلاَ تُعَسِّرُوا وَسَكِّنُوا وَلاَ تُنَفِّرُوا

This hadith has been reported on the authority of Anas through another chain of transmitters.

سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ

I heard the Prophet ﷺ read on the pulpit the verse: "They will cry: O Malik." Abu Dawud said: That is, without shortening the name (Malik).

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَقْرَأُ { وَنَادَوْا يَا مَالِكُ }

[AI] I heard Anas saying, "I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) turning away from his right side."

سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا يَقُولُ «رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَنْصَرِفُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ»

The Prophet ﷺ used to pray a short prayer (in congregation) but used to offer it in a perfect manner. (Using translation from Bukhārī 706)

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُوجِزُ الصَّلَاةَ وَيُكْمِلُهَا

[AI] "And I heard Anas ibn Malik saying: Verily, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Make things easy and do not make things difficult, and calm people down and do not drive them away."

وَسَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ يَسِّرُوا وَلَا تُعَسِّرُوا وَسَكِّنُوا وَلَا تُنَفِّرُوا

[AI] I heard Anas ibn Malik say, "If Ibrahim, the son of the Prophet ﷺ, had lived, he would have been a righteous prophet."

سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ لَوْ عَاشَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ ابْنُ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ لَكَانَ صِدِّيقًا نَبِيًّا

[AI] I heard Anas ibn Malik say, "The Prophet ﷺ used to perform salah with utmost humility."

سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مِنْ أَخَفِّ النَّاسِ صَلَاةً فِي تَمَامٍ

The Apostle of Allah ﷺ used to turn to the right (at the end of the prayer). (Using translation from Muslim 708b)

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يَنْصَرِفُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ

[AI] I heard Anas ibn Malik say: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ delivered a sermon from the pulpit."

سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ خَطَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ

[AI] I heard Anas ibn Malik saying, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ , Abu Bakr, Umar, and Uthman never missed saying the takbir."

سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ وَعُثْمَانُ لَا يَنْقُصُونَ التَّكْبِيرَ

[AI] I heard Anas ibn Malik saying that there were twenty white hairs in the head and beard of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.

سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ مَا كَانَ فِي رَأْسِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَلِحْيَتِهِ عِشْرُونَ شَعَرَةً بَيْضَاءَ

Anas b. Malik reported that Messenger of Allah ﷺ got himself cupped and never withheld the wages of anyone. (Using translation from Muslim 1577d)

سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَحْتَجِمُ وَلَا يَظْلِمُ أَحَدًا أَجْرَهُ

[AI] "I saw the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , turning away from his right."

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَنْصَرِفُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ

[AI] I heard Anas ibn Malik saying, "I never saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ being offered something (pleasant) and he rejected it."

سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ مَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عُرِضَ عَلَيْهِ طِيبٌ فَرَدَّهُ قَطُّ

[AI] I heard Anas say: "The Prophet ﷺ , Abu Bakr, Umar, and Uthman used to complete the takbeer (saying Allahu Akbar) when they raised their hands and when they put them down."

سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا يَقُولُ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ وَعُثْمَانُ يُتِمُّونَ التَّكْبِيرَ إِذَا رَفَعُوا وَإِذَا وَضَعُوا

[AI] I heard Anas bin Malik saying, "The Prophet ﷺ used to observe one of the most concealed prayers at the end."

قَالَسَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مِنْ أَخَفِّ النَّاسِ صَلَاةً فِي تَمَامٍ

[AI] I heard Anas ibn Malik say that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to allow it and complete it, meaning he would shorten the prayer.

سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُجَوِّزُهَا وَيُكْمِلُهَا يَعْنِي يُخَفِّفُ الصَّلَاةَ

[AI] I heard Anas ibn Malik saying, "I never performed the prayer (meaning, following the prayer of) a man or anyone from the people with more focus than the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in its entirety."

سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ مَا صَلَّيْتُ يَعْنِي وَرَاءَ رَجُلٍ أَوْأَحَدٍ مِنَ النَّاسِ أَخَفَّ صَلَاةً مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي تَمَامٍ

[AI] I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ turning away from his sides.

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَنْصَرِفُ عَنْ شِقَّيْهِ

[AI] I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ turn away once to his right and once to his left.

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَنْصَرِفُ مَرَّةً عَنْ يَمِينِهِوَمَرَّةً عَنْ شِمَالِهِ

[AI] I heard Anas bin Malik saying, "Indeed, the Prophet ﷺ used to prefer or turn away from his right side."

سَمِعْتَ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ «إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يَنْصَرِفُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ»

[AI] He heard Anas ibn Malik saying, "I have never prayed behind an imam who performs the prayer more perfectly and completely than the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ."

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ «مَا صَلَّيْتُ خَلْفَ إِمَامٍ قَطُّ أَخَفَّ صَلَاةً وَلَا أَتَمَّ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ»

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ يَسِّرُوا وَلا تُعَسِّرُوا وَسَكِّنُوا وَلا تُنَفِّرُوا

[AI] I heard Anas ibn Malik saying, "This is how I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ doing."

سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ «هَكَذَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَصْنَعُ»

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibiting the castration of animals.

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «يَنْهَى عَنْ صَبْرِ الْبَهِيمَةِ»

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbidding the patience with animals.

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «يَنْهَى عَنْ صَبْرِ الْبَهِيمَةِ»

[AI] We used to say during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ Abu Bakr, Umar, and Uthman.

كُنَّا نَقُولُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ وَعُثْمَانُ

[AI] I heard the Prophet of Allah, ﷺ , saying, "Our Lord is All-Hearing, All-Seeing," and he pointed with his hand towards his eyes.

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «رَبُّنَا سَمِيعٌ بَصِيرٌ» وَأَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ إِلَى عَيْنَيْهِ

[AI] I heard Anas ibn Malik say, "Did not the Messenger of Allah ﷺ marry Zainab bint Jahsh with bread and meat?"

سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ «أَوَلَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ جَحْشٍ بِخُبْزٍ وَلَحْمٍ»

"يَسِّروا ولَا تُعَسِّروا وَسَكِّنُوا وَلَا تُنَفِّرُوا".

"أنَّ النبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يَنْصِرف عَنْ يَمِينِهِ".

"عَنْ سُلَيْمَان التَّيْمِىِّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ: مَا بَقِى أحَدٌ مَّمِنْ صَلَّى القِبْلَتَيْن غَيْرِى".
