"He it is Who revealed to thee (Muhammad) the Book (the Qur'an) wherein there are clear revelations-these are the substance of the Book and others are allegorical (verses). And as for those who have a yearning for error they go after the allegorical verses seeking (to cause) dissension, by seeking to explain them. And none knows their implications but Allah, and those who are sound in knowledge say: We affirm our faith in everything which is from our Lord. It is only the persons of understanding who really heed" (Al-Qur'an 3:7). 'A'isha (further) reported that Messenger of Allah ﷺ said (in connection with these verses): When you see such verses, avoid them, for it is they whom Allah has pointed out (in the mentioned verses). (Using translation from Muslim 2665)

[Machine] I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying in one of his prayers, "O Allah, hold me accountable with an easy reckoning." When he finished, I asked him, "O Prophet of Allah, what is an easy reckoning?" He said, "It is when one looks into his record and Allah overlooks it. Verily, whoever is questioned on the Day of Judgment, O Aisha, will be destroyed, and everything that afflicts a believer is expiation for him by Allah, even a prick of a thorn."

[Machine] Aisha narrated, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed away in my house, on my day, in my arms. I was combing my hair when Abdullah bin Abu Bakr entered, carrying a wet siwak (tooth-stick). He looked at me, and I thought he needed something from it. So, I took it, chewed it, cleaned it, and then handed it to him. He started using it, cleaning his teeth as I had never seen anyone clean their teeth before. Then, he tried to raise it towards me, but it fell from his hand. So, I began to pray to Allah with a supplication that the Angel Gabriel ﷺ used to make for him when he was ill and he did not make the supplication during his illness. Then, he raised his gaze towards the sky and said, 'The Highest Companion, the Highest Companion,' and his soul departed. All praise is due to Allah who reunited his spit and his saliva on the last day of this world."

During the Pre-lslamic Period of ignorance the Quraish used to observe fasting on the day of 'Ashura', and the Prophet ﷺ himself used to observe fasting on it too. But when he came to Medina, he fasted on that day and ordered the Muslims to fast on it. When (the order of compulsory fasting in ) Ramadan was revealed, fasting in Ramadan became an obligation, and fasting on 'Ashura' was given up, and who ever wished to fast (on it) did so, and whoever did not wish to fast on it, did not fast. [Machine] The Prophet ﷺ was brought a young child to kiss him. He sat the child in his lap and the child urinated on him. The Prophet called for water and followed him with it. Waki' said, "He followed him with the water, but he did not wash him."

[Machine] Regarding the washing of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ from janaba (major ritual impurity), she said: He would begin by washing his hands, and then he would wash them. Wiqas would wash his hands three times, then he would perform ablution for prayer. He would then pour water three times over the roots of his hair until he thought that the skin had been rinsed, and then he would pour three handfuls of water over his head and let it flow over the rest of his body. Ibn Numair said: He would fill his hands with water three times.

I did not see the Prophet ﷺ reciting (the Qur'an) in the night prayer while sitting except when he became old; when he used to recite while sitting, and when thirty or forty verses remained from the Sura, he would get up and recite them and then bow. (Using translation from Bukhārī 1148)

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ entered and found a prisoner with me. I turned away from him, so he left. Then the Prophet ﷺ came and asked, "What happened to the prisoner?" I said, "I turned away from him and played with the women." He left and announced his presence to the people. They brought him back and he entered upon me while I was flipping my hands. He asked, "Why are you acting crazy?" I said, "You invoked evil upon me, so I am flipping my hands to see which one will be cut off." He praised and thanked Allah and raised his hands in supplication, saying, "O Allah, I am a human who gets angry just like humans do. So, if I invoke evil upon any believer, make it a means of purification and purification for him."
