[Machine] "One for me and one for you, and one between me and you. As for the one for me, it worships me and does not associate anything with me. As for the one for you, whatever you have done, I have rewarded you for it, and I am forgiving and merciful. And as for the one between me and you, the matter is from you, the supplication is from you, and the answer and giving are from me."  

«وَاحِدَةٌ لِي وَوَاحِدَةٌ لَكَ وَوَاحِدَةٌ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكَ؛ فَأَمَّا الَّتِي لِي تَعْبُدُنِي وَلَا تُشْرِكُ بِي شَيْئًا وَأَمَّا الَّتِي لَكَ فَمَا عَمِلْتَ مِنْ شَيْءٍ جَزَيْتُكَ بِهِ وَأَنَا أَغْفِرُ وَأَنَا غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ وَأَمَّا الَّتِي بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكَ مِنْكَ الْمَسْأَلَةُ وَالدُّعَاءُ وَعَلَيَّ الْإِجَابَةُ وَالْعَطَاءُ»  

[Machine] "When Adam, ﷺ , saw his descendants being presented to him and saw the favor of some of them over others, he said, 'O Lord, wouldn't You make them equal?' He said, 'O Adam, I loved to be thanked.'"  

لَمَّا عُرِضَ عَلَى آدَمَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ ذُرِّيَّتُهُ فَرَأَى فَضْلَ بَعْضِهِمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ قَالَ «يَا رَبِّ فَهَلَّا سَوَّيْتَ بَيْنَهُمْ؟» قَالَ «يَا آدَمُ إِنِّي أَحْبَبْتُ أَنْ أُشْكَرَ»  

[Machine] "That he should say 'Bismillah' (In the name of Allah) before eating and 'Alhamdulillah' (Praise be to Allah) after finishing."  

أَنْ يُسَمِّيَ إِذَا أَكَلَ وَيَحْمَدَ اللَّهَ ﷻ إِذَا فَرَغَ»  

[Machine] "If all the people on earth cried, it would not be equal to the tears shed by David, ﷺ , when he committed a sin. And if the tears of all the people on earth and the tears of David, ﷺ , were combined, they would not be equal to the tears shed by Adam, ﷺ , when he was expelled from Paradise."  

«لَوْ بَكَى أَهْلُ الْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا مَا عَدَلَ دُمُوعَ دَاوُدَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ حِينَ أَصَابَ الْخَطِيئَةَ وَلَوْ أَنَّ دُمُوعَ أَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ وَدُمُوعَ دَاوُدَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ جَمِيعًا مَا عَدَلَ دُمُوعَ آدَمَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ حِينَ أُهْبِطَ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ»  

[Machine] Adam ﷺ stayed in Paradise for an hour of a day; that hour is equal to thirty thousand years of Earthly days.  

«لَبِثَ آدَمُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ سَاعَةً مِنْ نَهَارٍ؛ تِلْكَ السَّاعَةُ ثَلَاثُونَ وَمِائَةُ سَنَةٍ مِنْ أَيَّامِ الدُّنْيَا»  

[Machine] What led Adam ﷺ to eat from the tree was nothing but greed.  

«مَا حَمَلَ آدَمَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ عَلَى أَكْلِ الشَّجَرَةِ إِلَّا الشُّحُّ»  

[Machine] Adam, ﷺ , was only in Paradise for the duration between midday and afternoon.  

«مَا كَانَ آدَمُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ إِلَّا مِقْدَارَ مَا بَيْنَ الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ»  

[Machine] "To be hit by a mistake, its time is between his eyes and his hope is behind his back, so when the mistake hits, it is turned and his hope is placed between his eyes and his time is behind his back."  

أَنْ يُصِيبَ الْخَطِيئَةَ أَجَلُهُ بَيْنَ عَيْنَيْهِ وَأَمَلُهُ خَلْفَ ظَهْرِهِ فَلَمَّا أَصَابَ الْخَطِيئَةَ فَحُوِّلَ فَجُعِلَ أَمَلُهُ بَيْنَ عَيْنَيْهِ وَأَجَلُهُ خَلْفَ ظَهْرِهِ»  

[Machine] "The tree that Allah ﷻ forbade Adam and his wife ﷺ from, was similar to the wheat, called Da'ah, and they were both clothed with light."  

«كَانَتِ الشَّجَرَةُ الَّتِي نَهَى اللَّهُ ﷻ عَنْهَا آدَمَ وَزَوْجَتَهُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ شِبْهَ الْبُرِّ تُسَمَّى الدَّعَةَ وَكَانَ لِبَاسُهُمَا النُّورَ»  

[Machine] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, when Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, created Adam, ﷺ , and formed his image, He left him and then made Iblis (Satan) go around him, looking at him. When he saw him hollow, he said, 'I have conquered a creation that is incapable of achieving perfection.'"  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَمَّا صَوَّرَ اللَّهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى آدَمَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ تَرَكَهُ فَجَعَلَ إِبْلِيسُ يَطُوفُ بِهِ؛ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِ فَلَمَّا رَآهُ أَجْوَفَ قَالَ ظَفِرْتُ بِهِ خَلْقٌ لَا يَتَمَالَكُ  

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "Verily, Adam ﷺ was a tall man, as tall as a lofty palm tree with abundant hair on his head. When he committed what he committed, his nakedness became apparent to him, and he did not see it before. So he fled while being overwhelmed, and a tree from the trees of Paradise took hold of his head. He said to it, 'Release me.' The tree replied, 'I will not release you.' He called upon his Lord, 'O my Lord, am I escaping from You?'. He replied, 'O Adam, are you feeling shy from Me?'. He called upon Him again and said, 'No, O my Lord, I am indeed feeling shy from You.' Allah then said, 'Indeed, the believer feels shy before his Lord when he commits a sin, then he knows by the praise of Allah where the way out is. He knows that the way out is in seeking forgiveness and repenting to Allah.'"  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ آدَمَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ كَانَ رَجُلًا طُوَالًا؛ كَأَنَّهُ نَخْلَةٌ سَحُوقٌ كَثِيرَ شَعْرِ الرَّأْسِ فَلَمَّا وَقَعَ بِمَا وَقَعَ بِهِ بَدَتْ لَهُ عَوْرَتُهُ وَكَانَ لَا يَرَاهَا قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ فَانْطَلَقَ هَارِبًا فَأَخَذَتْ بِرَأْسِهِ شَجَرَةٌ مِنْ شَجَرِ الْجَنَّةِ فَقَالَ لَهَا أَرْسِلِينِي قَالَتْ لَسْتُ مُرْسِلَتَكَ قَالَ فَنَادَاهُ رَبُّهُ ﷻ أَمِنِّي تَفِرُّ؟ قَالَ أَيْ رَبِّ لَا؛ أَسْتَحْيِيكَ قَالَ فَنَادَاهُ وَإِنَّ الْمُؤْمِنَ يَسْتَحْيِي رَبَّهُ ﷻ مِنَ الذَّنْبِ إِذَا وَقَعَ بِهِ ثُمَّ يَعْلَمُ بِحَمْدِ اللَّهِ أَيْنَ الْمَخْرَجُ؛ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّ الْمَخْرَجَ فِي الِاسْتِغْفَارِ وَالتَّوْبَةِ إِلَى اللَّهِ ﷻ
