ahmad-zuhd:408ʿAbdullāh > Bī > ʿAbd al-Ṣamad > Jaʿfar > Abū ʿImrān > ʿAbdullāh b. Rabāḥ al-Anṣārī > Kaʿb > In Ibrāhīm ʿAlayh al-Ṣalāh And al-Ssalām > Yā 67 Rab Innah Layaḥzununī

[Machine] Indeed, Ibrahim, ﷺ , said, "O my Lord, it saddens me that I do not see anyone else on earth worshipping you besides me." So Allah sent angels down to him who prayed with him.

ahmad-zuhd:409ʿAbdullāh > Bī > ʿAbd al-Ṣamad > Jaʿfar > Abū ʿImrān > ʿAbdullāh b. Rabāḥ > Kaʿb In Ibrāhīm Laḥalīm Awwāh Munīb Hwd 75

[Machine] "O woe, o woe from the fire."

ahmad-zuhd:410ʿAbdullāh > al-Ṣalt b. Masʿūd > Ḥammād b. Zayd > Jaʿfar al-Ḍubaʿī > Ibn Abū Mulaykah

[Machine] When Prophet Ibrahim ﷺ passed away, he met Allah (ﷻ) and was asked, "O Ibrahim, how did you find death?" He replied, "O Lord, I found my soul being extracted with difficulty." Allah (ﷻ) then said, "So we made it easier for you."

ahmad-zuhd:411ʿAbdullāh > Abū ʿAbdullāh al-Sulamī > Yaḥyá b. Salm ʿAmman Dhakarah

[Machine] And indeed, the angel of death, ﷺ , sought permission from his Lord the Blessed and Exalted to go to Jacob. So, permission was granted to him and he came to him. Jacob said to him, "O angel of death, I ask you by the One who created you or by the One whom you asked, did you take the soul of Joseph amongst those whom you have taken?" He replied, "No." The angel of death said to him, "O Jacob, should I not inform you of certain words? Or should I say something to you?" Jacob said, "Yes." The angel of death said, "Say, 'O Possessor of known good, who is never severed eternally and no one can encompass Him except you.'" Jacob called upon these words that night, and before the break of dawn, the shirt was thrown on his face, and he regained his eyesight.

ahmad-zuhd:412ʿAbdullāh > Abū ʿAbdullāh al-Sulamī > Rawḥ b. ʿIbādah > Qazaʿah b. Sūwayd > Abū ʿAbdullāh Muʾadhhin al-Ṭāʾif > Jāʾ Jibrīl > Yūsuf ﷺ > Yā Yūsuf Āshtad ʿAlayk al-Ḥabs > Naʿam

[Machine] "Say, O Allah, grant me relief and a way out from every distress and hardship that affects my worldly affairs and my affairs in the Hereafter, and provide for me from sources that I do not anticipate. Forgive my sins, strengthen my hopes, and cut off any reliance I have on others besides You, to the extent that I do not expect help from anyone but You."

[Machine] Ibrahim was sent two lions, they were hungry, so he licked them and they prostrated before him.

ahmad-zuhd:414ʿAbdullāh > Bī > Abū Muʿāwiyah > al-Aʿmash > ʿAbdullāh b. Fulful a man from Āl Abū Laylá

[Machine] From Ali ﷺ about His saying: "O fire, be coolness and safety upon Ibrahim." (21:69) He said: If it were not for his saying "and safety" (21:69), its coldness would have killed him.

ahmad-zuhd:415ʿAbdullāh > Bī > Wakīʿ > Sufyān > ʿAmr b. Qays > al-Minhāl b. ʿAmr > ʿAbdullāh b. al-Ḥārith > ʿAlī ʿAlayh al-Salām

[Machine] "The first person who will be clothed on the Day of Resurrection is Prophet Ibrahim ﷺ in a Qubtiyyah garment, then the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ will be clothed in a special robe while he is on the right side of the throne."

ahmad-zuhd:416ʿAbdullāh > ʿUbaydullāh al-Qawārīrī > Muʿādh / Ibn Hishām from my father > ʿĀmir al-Aḥwal > ʿAbd al-Malik b. ʿĀmir > Nawf al-Bikālī

[Machine] Ibrahim, ﷺ , said, "O Lord, indeed there is no one on Earth who worships You besides me." So Allah, exalted be He, sent down three thousand angels for him, and they stayed with him for three days.

ahmad-zuhd:417ʿAbdullāh > Bī > ʿAbd al-Ṣamad > Abū Hilāl > ʿAbdullāh > Shaybān > Abū Hilāl > Bakr

[Machine] When Ibrahim ﷺ was thrown into the fire, the whole creation turned to their Lord and said, "O Lord, your close friend is being thrown into the fire, so allow us to extinguish it for him." He replied, "He is my close friend, and there is no close friend for me on the earth other than him, and I am his Lord, and he has no Lord other than me. If he calls upon you for help, then help him, otherwise leave him." Then the angel of rain came and said, "O Lord, your close friend is being thrown into the fire, so allow me to extinguish it for him with rain." He replied, "He is my close friend; there is no close friend for me on the earth other than him, and I am his Lord, and he has no Lord other than me. If he calls upon you for help, then help him, otherwise leave him." So when he was thrown into the fire, he supplicated to his Lord with a supplication that Abu Hilaal forgot. Allah (glorified and exalted be He) said, "O fire, be coolness and safety upon Ibrahim" [Surah Al-Anbiya, 69]. He said, "So on that day, it became cool and peaceful for the people of the east and the west, and no part of it was touched."

ahmad-zuhd:418ʿAbdullāh > al-Layth b. Khālid Abū Bakr al-Balkhī > Muḥammad b. Thābit al-ʿAbdī > Mūsá b. Abū Bakr > Saʿīd b. Jubayr

[Machine] "When Ibrahim ﷺ saw in his dream the sacrifice of Ishaq, he set off from his house to the place of sacrifice, a month's journey in one morning. When the sacrifice was diverted from him and he was commanded to sacrifice the ram, he slaughtered it and returned to his home in the evening, a month's journey in one night. The valleys and mountains became easy for him (to traverse)."
