Usamah bin Sharik said “I went out with the Prophet ﷺ to perform Hajj, and the people were coming to him. One would say “Apostle of Allaah ﷺ I ran between Al Safa’ and Al Marwah before going round the Ka’bah or I did something before the its proper time or did something after its proper time. He would reply “No harm will come; no harm will come except to one who defames a Muslim acting wrongfully. That is the one who will be in trouble and will perish. الطبراني:٤٧٢حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا أَسْبَاطُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا جَرِيرٌ كِلَاهُمَا عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ شَرِيكٍ قَالَ

خَرَجْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ حَاجًّا فَكَانَ النَّاسُ يَأْتُونَهُ فَقَالَ قَائِلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ سَعَيْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَطُوفَ أَوْ أَخَّرْتُ شَيْئًا فَكَانَ يَقُولُ لَهُمْ «لَا حَرَجَ إِلَّا عَلَى رَجُلٍ اقْتَرَضَ مِنْ عِرْضِ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ وَهُوَ ظَالِمٌ فَذَلِكَ الَّذِي حَرِجَ وَهَلَكَ»

[Machine] I went with the Prophet ﷺ for Hajj, and people would come to him. One of them said, "O Messenger of Allah, I performed Sa'i (between Safa and Marwa) before performing Tawaf or did something before it, or I went ahead of something." He would say to them, "There is no problem, there is no problem, except for a man who borrows an item from a Muslim and he is an oppressor, then the one who caused the problem and led him to destruction." The Sheikh said, "This statement 'I performed Sa'i before Tawaf' is strange and specific to Jarir from Al-Shaybani. If it is preserved, it is as if he asked him about a man who performed the back Tawaf before performing the initial Tawaf, and he said, 'There is no problem, and Allah knows best.'"

"خَرَجْتُ مَعَ النَّبِىِّ ﷺ حَاجّا فَكَانَ النَّاسُ يَأتُونَهُ فَمِنْ قَائِل:

يَا رَسُولَ الله سَعَيْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَطُوفَ، أَوْ قَدَّمْتُ شَيْئًا، أَوْ أَخرْتُ شَيئًا، فَكَانَ يَقُولُ: لاَ حَرَجَ لاَ حَرَجَ إلا عَلَى رَجُلٍ اقْتَرضَ عِرْضَ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ (*) وَهُوَ ظَالِمٌ فَذَلكَ الَّذِى حَرِجَ وَهلَكَ".
