[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever touches their private parts, it is obligatory for them to perform ablution."

الطبراني:٢٠٩٨١ – حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ثنا وُهَيْبٌ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مَرْوَانَ عَنْ بُسْرَةَ بِنْتِ صَفْوَانَ قَالَتْ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ مَسَّ فَرْجَهُ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ الْوُضُوءُ»

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ مَسَّ فَرْجَهُ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ

ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ مُشْتَرِيَ الدَّابَّةِ إِذَا وَجَدَ بِهَا عَيْبًا بَعْدَ أَنْ نُتِجَتْ عِنْدَهُ كَانَ لَهُ رَدُّ الدَّابَّةِ عَلَى الْبَائِعِ بِالْعَيْبِ دُونَ النِّتَاجِ

ابن حبّان:٤٩٢٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْقَطَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الزَّنْجِيُّ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «الْخَرَاجُ بِالضَّمَانِ»

ذِكْرُ الْخَبَرِ الدَّالِّ عَلَى أَنَّ الْأَمْرَ بِالْوُضُوءِ مِنْ مَسِّ الْفَرْجِ، إِنَّمَا هُوَ الْوُضُوءُ الَّذِي لَا تَجُوزُ الصَّلَاةُ إِلَّا بِهِ
