[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever touches their private parts, it is obligatory for them to perform ablution."  

الطبراني:٢٠٩٨١ – حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ثنا وُهَيْبٌ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مَرْوَانَ عَنْ بُسْرَةَ بِنْتِ صَفْوَانَ قَالَتْ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ مَسَّ فَرْجَهُ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ الْوُضُوءُ»

ذِكْرُ الْخَبَرِ الدَّالِّ عَلَى أَنَّ الْأَمْرَ بِالْوُضُوءِ مِنْ مَسِّ الْفَرْجِ، إِنَّمَا هُوَ الْوُضُوءُ الَّذِي لَا تَجُوزُ الصَّلَاةُ إِلَّا بِهِ

ابن حبّان:١١١٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ الْجُمَحِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ بُسْرَةَ قَالَتْ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ مَسَّ فَرْجَهُ فَلْيُعِدِ الْوُضُوءَ»  

ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ مُشْتَرِيَ الدَّابَّةِ إِذَا وَجَدَ بِهَا عَيْبًا بَعْدَ أَنْ نُتِجَتْ عِنْدَهُ كَانَ لَهُ رَدُّ الدَّابَّةِ عَلَى الْبَائِعِ بِالْعَيْبِ دُونَ النِّتَاجِ
