[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, we send dogs as guardians for us." He said, "They do not withhold what is upon you, so eat." I said, "And what if it kills?" He said, "If it kills, as long as it does not involve any other dog, then there is no problem."
قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إنَّا نُرْسِلُ كِلَابًا لَنَا مُعَلَّمَةً فَقَالَ «مَا أَمْسَكْنَ عَلَيْكَ فَكُلْ» قُلْتُ وَإِنْ قَتَلَ؟ قَالَ «وَإِنْ قَتَلَ مَا لَمْ يُشْرِكْنَ كَلْبًا مِنْ غَيْرِهِنَّ»
[AI] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, we send trained dogs." He said: "Eat what they catch for you." I said, "Even if they kill it?" He said: "Even if they kill it." I said, "And we shoot with the mi'rad." He said: "Eat whatever it pierces, but whatever it strikes with its broad side, do not eat."
قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّا نُرْسِلُ الْكِلاَبَ الْمُعَلَّمَةَ. قَالَ: «كُلْ مَا أَمْسَكْنَ عَلَيْكَ». قُلْتُ: وَإِنْ قَتَلْنَ؟ قَالَ: «وَإِنْ قَتَلْنَ». قُلْتُ: وَإِنَّا نَرْمِي بِالْمِعْرَاضِ. قَالَ: «كُلْ مَا خَزَقَ، وَمَا أَصَابَ بِعَرْضِهِ فَلاَ تَأْكُلْ».
"I said: 'O Messenger of Allah! We send our trained dogs to catch game for us.' He said: 'Eat what it catches for you.' I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, and if they kill it?' He said: 'Even if they kill it, as long as they are not accompanied by some other dogs besides them.'" He said: "I said: 'O Messenger of Allah! We hunt with the Mir'ad.' He said: 'Eat of the game what the Mir'ad pierces, but whatever is struck by its broad side, then do not eat it.'"
