[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever has land and wants to sell it, let him offer it to his neighbor."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَبِيعَهَا فَلْيَعْرِضْهَا عَلَى جَارِهِ»
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever has land and wants to sell it, let him offer it to his neighbor."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَبِيعَهَا فَلْيَعْرِضْهَا عَلَى جَارِهِ»
He who has land should cultivate it himself, but if he does not cultivate it himself, then he should let his brother cultivate it.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا فَإِنْ لَمْ يَزْرَعْهَا فَلْيُزْرِعْهَا أَخَاهُ
Did Jabir b. 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Apostle ﷺ as saying:" He who has land should cultivate it himself, or let his brother cultivate it, and should not give on rent"? He said: Yes.
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا أَوْ لِيُزْرِعْهَا أَخَاهُ وَلاَ يُكْرِهَا قَالَ نَعَمْ
He who has land should cultivate it or lend it to his brother, but if he refuses, he should retain his land.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا أَوْ لِيَمْنَحْهَا أَخَاهُ فَإِنْ أَبَى فَلْيُمْسِكْ أَرْضَهُ
He who has land, it is better for him that he should let it out to his brother.
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَإِنَّهُ أَنْ يَمْنَحَهَا أَخَاهُ خَيْرٌ
from the Prophet ﷺ: "For whomever I am his mawla (leader) then Ali is his mawla."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ كُنْتُ مَوْلاَهُ فَعَلِيٌّ مَوْلاَهُ
"Whoever has land, let him cultivate it. If he is unable to cultivate it, let him give it to his Muslim brother and not share-crop it with him."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا فَإِنْ عَجَزَ أَنْ يَزْرَعَهَا فَلْيَمْنَحْهَا أَخَاهُ الْمُسْلِمَ وَلاَ يُزْرِعْهَا إِيَّاهُ
The Messenger of Allah said: "Whoever has land, let him cultivate it or give it to his brother, and not lease it to him."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا أَوْ لِيَمْنَحْهَا أَخَاهُ وَلاَ يُكْرِيهَا تَابَعَهُ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الأَوْزَاعِيُّ
"The Messenger of Allah addressed us and said: 'Whoever has land, let him cultivate it or give it to someone else to cultivate, and let him not rent it out.'"
خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا أَوْ لِيُزْرِعْهَا وَلاَ يُؤَاجِرْهَا
"Any one of you who has land, or date palm trees, he should not sell them until he offers them to his partner first."
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ أَيُّكُمْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ أَوْ نَخْلٌ فَلاَ يَبِعْهَا حَتَّى يَعْرِضَهَا عَلَى شَرِيكِهِ
“I heard Jabir bin 'Abdullah say: Some men among us had extra land which they would rent out for one third or one quarter (of the crop). The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever has extra land, let him cultivate it (himself) or let him give it to his brother (for free, to cultivate it), and if he does not want to do that, let him keep his land.”
النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ فُضُولُ أَرَضِينَ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا أَوْ لِيُزْرِعْهَا أَخَاهُ فَإِنْ أَبَى فَلْيُمْسِكْ أَرْضَهُ
“Whoever has land, let him cultivate it (himself) or let him give it to his brother (for free, to cultivate it), and if he does not want to do that, let him keep his land.”

“Whoever has land and wants to sell it, let him offer it to his neighbor.”
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَأَرَادَ بَيْعَهَا فَلْيَعْرِضْهَا عَلَى جَارِهِ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If it were not for the migration (to Medina), I would have been one of the Ansar (the helpers of Medina)."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَوْلَا الْهِجْرَةُ لَكُنْتُ امْرَءًا مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ»
the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Whoever is silent, he is saved.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ صَمَتَ نَجَا»
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever has a piece of land that he presents to his brother, it is better for him."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ أَنْ يَمْنَحَهَا أَخَاهُ خَيْرٌ لَهُ
Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "But for the emigration, I would have been one of the Ansar: and if the people took their way in a valley (or a mountain pass), I would take the Ansar's valley or the mountain pass." (Using translation from Bukhārī 7244)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَوْلَا الْهِجْرَةُ لَكُنْتُ امْرَأً مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever has land, then let them cultivate it. And if they are unable to or incapable, then let them gift it to their brother and not rent it out."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌفَلْيَزْرَعْهَا فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ أَوْ عَجَزَ عَنْهَا فَلْيَمْنَحْهَا أَخَاهُ وَلَا يُؤَاجِرْهَا

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَيُّكُمْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ أَوْ نَخْلٌ فَلَا يَبِيعُهَا حَتَّى يَعْرِضَهَا عَلَى شَرِيكِهِ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whichever group has a joint ownership or a shared property, and if one of them wishes to sell their share, they must present it to their partners. If the partners choose to buy it, then they have the first right to it at the price."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَيُّمَا قَوْمٍ كَانَتْ بَيْنَهُمْ رِبَاعَةٌ أَوْ دَارٌ فَأَرَادَ أَحَدُهُمْ أَنْ يَبِيعَ نَصِيبَهُ فَلْيَعْرِضْهُ عَلَى شُرَكَائِهِ فَإِنْ أَخَذُوهُ فَهُمْ أَحَقُّ بِهِ بِالثَّمَنِ
We used to cultivate land on rent during the lifetime of Allah's Apostle ﷺ and we got a share out of the grain left in the ears after threshing them and something unspecified. Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: He who has land should cultivate it or let his brother till it, otherwise he should leave it. (Using translation from Muslim 1536s)
كُنَّا نُخَابِرُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَنُصِيبُ مِنَ الْقَصْرِيِّ وَمِنْ كَذَا فَقَالَ مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا أَوْ لِيُحْرِثْهَا أَخَاهُ وَإِلَّا فَلْيَدَعْهَا
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever dies upon something, Allah will resurrect him upon it."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ مَاتَ عَلَى شَيْءٍ بَعَثَهُ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ
[AI] From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he said: "Whoever has a partner in a wall should not sell it until he presents it to him."
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي حَائِطٍ فَلَا يَبِعْهُ حَتَّى يَعْرِضَهُ عَلَيْهِ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ كَانَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ أَخِيهِ مُزَارَعَةٌ فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَبِيعَهَا فَلْيَعْرِضْهَا عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا بِالثَّمَنِ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever starts hostility."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ بَدَا جَفَا
"I entered upon 'Abdullah bin 'Ukaim Abu Mabad Al-Juhani to visit him, while he had Humrah. I said:'Why don't you hang something?' He said: 'Death is better than that. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever hangs something, he is entrusted to it." Another chain reports a similar narration. (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2072)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ تَعَلَّقَ شَيْئًا وُكِلَ إِلَيْهِ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever fights so that the word of Allah is the highest, then he is in the way of Allah."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ قَاتَلَ لِتَكُونَ كَلِمَةُ اللهِ هِيَ الْعُلْيَا فَهُوَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ ﷻ
Abu Dawud reported the Apostle of Allaah ﷺ as saying “Anyone who sets his slave girl free and then marries her, will have a double reward.” (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2053)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ جَارِيَةٌ فَأَعْتَقَهَا وَتَزَوَّجَهَا كَانَ لَهُ أَجْرَانِ
“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘Whoever kills, the spoils are his.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2838)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ قَتَلَ فَلَهُ السَّلَبُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ كُنْتُ وَلِيَّهُ فَعَلِيٌّ وَلِيُّهُ
Messenger of Allah (saas) said: "Whoever does not call upon Allah, He will be angry with him." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3827)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ لَا يَدْعُو اللَّهَ يَغْضَبْ عَلَيْهِ»
The Prophet ﷺ said: If anyone kills a man whom he grants protection prematurely, Allah will forbid him to enter Paradise. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2760)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ قَتَلَ مُعَاهَدًا فِي غَيْرِ كُنْهِهِ حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ»
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever dies upon something, Allah will resurrect him upon it."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ مَاتَ عَلَى شَيْءٍ بَعَثَهُ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ»
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever violates the sanctity of a forbidden entity, kill him."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى ذَاتِ مَحْرَمٍ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whatever Allah dislikes from you, do not do it when you are alone."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَا كَرِهَ اللَّهُ مِنْكَ شَيْئًا فَلَا تَفْعَلْهُ إِذَا خَلَوْتَ»
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever prays in a garment, let him be kind and gentle to it."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ صَلَّى فِي ثَوْبٍ فَلْيَعْطِفْ عَلَيْهِ»
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever fights in the cause of Allah, having faith, with perseverance, the reward of Paradise is guaranteed for him."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَنْ قَاتَلَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فُوَاقَ نَاقَةٍ وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ»
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever has land, let him cultivate it. And if he is unable to cultivate it, let him gift it to his brother and not rent it to him."

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ كُنْتُ مَوْلَاهُ فَعَلِيٌّ مَوْلَاهُ»
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever finds it difficult to settle in one place, should migrate to Oman."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ تَعَذَّرَتْ عَلَيْهِ الضَّيْعَةُ فَعَلَيْهِ بِعُمَانٍ»
[AI] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said: "Whoever prays the Fajr prayer, he is under the protection of Allah and his account is upon Allah."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ صَلَّى الْفَجْرَ فَهُوَ فِي ذِمَّةِ اللهِ وَحِسَابُهُ عَلَى اللهِ»
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whomever I am his master, then Ali is his master."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ كُنْتُ مَوْلَاهُ فَعَلِيٌّ مَوْلَاهُ»
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: If anyone's last words are "There is no god but Allah" he will enter Paradise. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3116)
