"صَليْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ الله ﷺ فَكَانَ يُكبِّرُ إِذَا خَفَضَ، وإِذَا رَفَعَ، وَيَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ عِنْدَ التَّكْبِيرِ، وَيُسَلِّمُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ يَسَارِهِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ وَضَحَ وَجْهِهِ".
[AI] He prayed with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , so he would say takbeer when he lowered himself and when he raised himself, and he would raise his hands during the takbeer and he would give salaam with his right and left hand. I said, "Until his face becomes apparent?" He said, "Yes."
أَنَّهُ صَلَّى مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَكَانَ «يُكَبِّرُ إِذَا خَفَضَ وَإِذَا رَفَعَ وَيَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ عِنْدَ التَّكْبِيرِ وَيُسَلِّمُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ يَسَارِهِ» قَالَ قُلْتُ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ وَضَحُ وَجْهِهِ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ
[AI] He prayed with the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , and he would not complete the takbeer, meaning he would not say it when he raised his hands and when he lowered them.
أَنَّهُ صَلَّى مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَكَانَ لَا يُتِمُّ التَّكْبِيرَ يَعْنِي إِذَا خَفَضَ وَإِذَا رَفَعَ
[AI] He prayed with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he would say the takbir when lowering and when rising, and he would raise his hands at the takbir, and he would give salam to his right and to his left.

قُلْتُ «لَأَنْظُرَنَّ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَكَانَ يُكَبِّرُ إِذَا خَفَضَ وَإِذَا رَفَعَ وَيَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ وَيُسَلِّمْ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ يَسَارِهِ»
[AI] "He prayed with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he used to say the takbir when he lowered and raised his head, and he would raise his hands at the time of the takbir, and he would give the salaam on his right and left." Shu'ba said, "Aban ibn Taghlib mentioned this to me until his face became clear. So I mentioned that to 'Amr ibn Murrah, and he said, 'Or something similar to that.'"
