[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed hijama (cupping) and gave the cupper his wages. If it was forbidden, he would not have given it to him. He used to perform hijama on his head between the two ears and on the back between the shoulder blades. A servant of Banu Bayadah used to perform hijama on him, and he would be cupped every day, a mudd and a half. The Prophet ﷺ interceded for him with his family, so he was given a long time for payment.
[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to get hijama done in the two veins (jugular veins). He said, "So he called a young boy from Bani Bayadah and performed hijama on him and gave the cupper his wage in full and half." He said, "And he spoke to his close companions, so they exempted him from half of his (financial) obligation, and he had two financial obligations."
[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to get cupped three times between the shoulders or on the back by a young boy called Abu Hind. He used to pay him back every day with a measure and a half of dates, and the Prophet ﷺ interceded for him so they reduced it to half a measure. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would then give the cupper his fee, even if it was something forbidden, he would still give it to him."
