[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "Whoever hears the call to prayer and does not respond without a valid excuse, their prayer will not be accepted."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ سَمِعَ النِّدَاءَ فَلَمْ يُجِبْ مِنْ غَيْرِ عُذْرٍ فَلَا صَلَاةَ لَهُ»

[Machine] He heard the call from the neighbors of the mosque while he was healthy without any excuse, but he did not respond, so there is no prayer for him. It was narrated from another source that it was raised and he was weak.  

البيهقي:٤٩٤٤وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ مَنْ

سَمِعَ النِّدَاءَ مِنْ جِيرَانِ الْمَسْجِدِ وَهُوَ صَحِيحٌ مِنْ غَيْرِ عُذْرٍ فَلَمْ يُجِبْ فَلَا صَلَاةَ لَهُ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ مَرْفُوعًا وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ
