"اقدر القومَ بأضْعَفِهم، فإِنَّ فِيهم الكبيرَ، والسقيمَ، والبَعيدَ، وذا الحَاجة".  

الشافعي في سننه، [ت] الترمذي وقال: حسن، [هـ] ابن ماجة مِن حديث عثمان بن أبي العاص وصححه ابن خزيمة والحاكم ")

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أُمَّ قَوْمَكَ وَاقْدِرْهُمْ بِأَضْعَفِهِمْ فَإِنَّ فِيهِمُ الْكَبِيرَ وَالضَّعِيفَ وَذَا الْحَاجَةِ»
