[Machine] I heard the Prophet (pbuh) saying, "There is no divorce for the one who does not possess and no emancipation for the one who does not possess."

الحاكم:٢٨١٩ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ الْقَزَّازُ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ثنا عَطَاءٌ حَدَّثَنِي جَابِرٌ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَا طَلَاقَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَمْلِكْ وَلَا عَتَاقَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَمْلِكْ»

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَشَاهِدُهُ الْحَدِيثُ الْمَشْهُورُ فِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِعلى شرط البخاري ومسلم
