"لَا تُنكحُ الْمَرْأَةُ إِلَّا بإذنِ وَلِيِّهَا، فَإِنْ نُكِحَتْ فَهُوَ بَاطلٌ، فَهُو بَاطِلٌ، فَهُوَ بَاطِلٌ، فَإِنْ دُخِلَ بِهَا فَلَهَا الْمَهْرُ بِمَا أَصَابَ مِنْهَا، فَإِنْ تَشَاجَرُوا فَالسُّلْطَانُ وَلِىُّ مَنْ لَا وَلِى لَه".

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ نَكَحَتْ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهَا فَنِكَاحُهَا بَاطِلٌ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ فَإِنْ دَخَلَ بِهَا فَالْمَهْرُ لَهَا بِمَا أَصَابَ مِنْهَا فَإِنْ تَشَاجَرُوا فَالسُّلْطَانُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لاَ وَلِيَّ لَهُ
The Messenger of Allah said: "Whichever woman married without the permission of her Wali her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid. If he entered into her, then the Mahr is for her in lieu of what he enjoyed from her private part. If they disagree, then the Sultan is the Wali for one who has no Wali."

the Messenger of Allah said: “Any woman whose marriage is not arranged by her guardian, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid. If (the man) has had intercourse with her, then the Mahr belongs to her in return for his intimacy with her. And if there is any dispute then the ruler is the guardian of the one who does not have a guardian.”

[Machine] "The Prophet ﷺ said, 'Any woman who is married without the consent of her guardian, her marriage is invalid. She is entitled to her dowry for what she has given. If they dispute, the ruler is the guardian of the one with no guardian.'"

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said: "Any woman who is married without the permission of her guardian, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid. If they dispute, Abu Asim said: and he said it once: if they argue, then the ruler is the guardian of the one who has no guardian. If he (the ruler) decides in her favor, then she has the dowry for what he has permitted from her private parts." Abu Asim said: He (the Prophet) repeated this statement forty-six times.

the Messenger of Allah said: “Any woman whose marriage is not arranged by her guardian, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid. If (the man) has had intercourse with her, then the Mahr belongs to her in return for his intimacy with her. If this invalid marriage happens three times, then she is entitled to the dowry (mahr) equal to what she had received from the previous marriages. If they argue about it, then the ruler is the guardian for the one who has no guardian."

If she is married without his permission, then the marriage is invalid, it is invalid, it is invalid.
