قال أهدى رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ لقحة فاثابه منها بست بكرات فظل يسخط فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أهدى إلى فلان لقحة فأثبته منها بست بكرات فظل يسخد أو يتسخط والله لقد هممت أن لا أقبل لرجل من العرب هدية إلاَّ أن يكون قرشيا أو أنصاريا أو دوسيا أو ثقفيا

[AI] Abu Asim Noble reported from Ibn Ajlan from Al-Maqburi from Abu Hurairah that a man presented a young donkey to the Messenger of Allah and the Messenger of Allah rewarded him with six young female camels. Abu Asim said, "But Abu Hurairah was Dausi, but this is in another narration mentioned by Al-Faqih, and the Imam did not mention the words of Abu Asim. "إِنَّ فلانًا أَهدَى إِلى ناقة، وهى نَاقَتِى أعْرِفُهَا كَمَا أَعْرِفُ بَعْضَ أَهْلِى، ذَهَبَتْ (منى) ويوم زُغَاباتٍ فعوَّضْتُهُ منْهَا سِتَّ بَكْرَات، فَظَلَّ سَاخِطًا، لقد هممتُ أَنْ لا أَقْبَلَ هَدِيَّةً إِلَّا مِنْ قُرَشِى، أوْ أنْصَارىِّ أو ثَقَفِىِّ أوْ دَوْسِىِّ".
