"لَوْ كُنْتُ مُؤَمِّرًا عَلَى أُمَّتِي أحَدًا مِنْ غَيرِ مَشُورَةٍ مِنْهُمْ، لأَمَّرْتُ عَلَيهِم ابْنَ أُمِّ عَبْدٍ".

قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ إِنَّمَا نَعْرِفُهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ

الحاكم:٥٣٨٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ثَنَا الْمُعَافَى بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْحَرَّانِيُّ ثَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ مَعْنٍ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَوْ كُنْتُ مُسْتَخْلِفًا أَحَدًا مِنْ غَيْرِ مَشُورَةٍ لَاسْتَخْلَفْتُ عَلَيْهِمُ ابْنَ أُمِّ عَبْدٍ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ عاصم بن ضمرة ضعيف
