muslim:2476bIsḥāq b. Ibrāhīm > Jarīr > Ismāʿīl b. Abū Khālid > Qays b. Abū Ḥāzim > Jarīr b. ʿAbdullāh al-Bajalī

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me: Can't on rid me of Dhu'I-Khalasah, the idol-house of Khath'am, and this idol-house was called the Yamanite Ka'ba. So I went along with 150 horsemen and I could not sit with steadfastness upon the horse. I made the mention of it to Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he struck his hand on my chest and said: O Allah, grant him steadfastness and make him the guide of righteousness and the rightly-guided one. So he went away and he set fire to it. Then Jarir sent some person to Messenger of Allah ﷺ whose Kunya was Abu Arta to give him the happy news about that. He came to Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said: I have not come to you (but with the news) that we have left Dhu'l-Khalasah as a scabed camel. Thereupon Messenger of Allah ﷺ blessed the horses of Ahmas and the men of their tribe five times.

[AI] I didn't stay on the horse, so I mentioned that to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . He struck his hand on my chest until I saw the mark of his hand on my chest. He then said, "O Allah, keep him steadfast and make him a guide and guided one." I never fell off a horse after that.

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me, "Won't you give me some relief from Thul-Khulasa?" I replied, "Yes," and then I set off with fifty and one hundred horsemen from Ahmas who were skilled horsemen. I had difficulty staying on the horse, so I mentioned this to the Prophet ﷺ . He struck his hand on my chest and said, "O Allah, make him firm and guide him rightly." He further said, "Since then, I have never fallen off a horse."
