Preventer of good, aggressor, and doubter,  

hinderer of good, such as ˹the payment of˺ alms, transgressor, wrongdoer, skeptic, a doubter of his religion,
القرآن:٥٠:٢٥

مَنَّاعٍ لِلْخَيْرِ مُعْتَدٍ مُرِيبٍ  

{منَّاع للخير} كالزكاة {معتد} ظالم {مريب} شاك في دينه.
