quran:26:34

˹Pharaoh˺ said to the eminent ones around him, "Indeed, this is a learned magician.  

He, Pharaoh, said to the council around him, ‘Surely this man is a cunning sorcerer, an expert in the art of magic,
القرآن:٢٦:٣٤

قَالَ لِلْمَلَإِ حَوْلَهُ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَسَاحِرٌ عَلِيمٌ  

{قال} فرعون {للملإ حوله إنَّ هذا لساحر عليم} فائق في علم السحر.

The council of Pharaoh’s folk said, ‘Surely this man is a cunning sorcerer, outstanding in the art of magic, in ˹sūrat˺ al-Shu‘arā’ ˹Q. 26:34˺, these are actually Pharaoh’s words, and so it is as if they said it in consultation with him,

قَالَ الْمَلَأُ مِنْ قَوْمِ فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَسَاحِرٌ عَلِيمٌ  

{قال الملأ من قوم فرعون إنَّ هذا لساحر عليم} فائق في علم السحر. وفي الشعراء أنه من قول فرعون نفسه فكأنهم قالوه معه على سبيل التشاور.
