The bowing of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and when he raised his head from bowing, and his prostration, and the time between the two prostration, were almost equal in length.  

النسائي:١٠٦٥أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ

The bowing, the prostrations, the period of standing after bowing and the interval between the two prostrations of the Prophet ﷺ used to be equal in duration .

[Machine] About Al-Bara' ibn 'Azib, it was reported, "The Prophet ﷺ used to lower his head after bowing (rukoo') and also after prostration (sujood), and his sitting between the two prostrations was close to being equal (to the rest of his body)."
