The Prophet ﷺ said, "Do not drink in gold or silver utensils, and do not wear clothes of silk or Dibaj, for these things are for them (unbelievers) in this world and for you in the Hereafter." (Using translation from Bukhārī 5633)   

الكبرى للنسائي:٦٨٤١ – أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَوْنٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى

أَنَّ حُذَيْفَةَ ذَكَرَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا تَشْرَبُوا فِي آنِيَةِ الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ وَلَا تَلْبَسُوا الْحَرِيرَ وَالدِّيبَاجَ فَإِنَّهَا لَهُمْ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَهُمَا لَكُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ»

I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: Do not wear silk or brocade and do not drink ifi vessels of gold and silver, and do not eat in the dishes made of them (i. e. gold and silver), for these are for them (the non-believers) in this world.

“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade drinking from vessels of gold and silver. He said: “They are for them in this world and for you in the Hereafter.’”  

ابن ماجة:٣٤١٤ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّوَارِبِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ

"لَا تَشْرَبُوا في آنِيَةِ الذَّهَبِ وَالفِضَّةِ، وَلَا تَأكُلُوا في صِحَافِهَا وَلَا تَلْبَسُوا الْحَريرَ وَلَا الدِّيبَاجَ؛ فَإِنَّهُ لَهُمْ في الدُّنْيا، وَهُوَ لَكُمْ في الآخِرَةِ".
