ʿAllah and His Messenger are the guardians of the one who has no guardian, and the maternal uncle is the heir of the one who has no heir.” (Using translation from Aḥmad 189)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «اللهُ وَرَسُولُهُ مَوْلَى مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ وَالْخَالُ وَارِثُ مَنْ لَا وَارِثَ لَهُ»
"'Umar bin Al-Khattab sent me with a letter to Abu'Ubaidah (saying) that The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said : 'Allah and His Messenger are responsible for the one who has no patron. And the maternal uncle inherits from the one who has no heirs.'"
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ مَوْلَى مَنْ لاَ مَوْلَى لَهُ وَالْخَالُ وَارِثُ مَنْ لاَ وَارِثَ لَهُ
“Allah and His Messenger are the guardians of the one who has no guardian, and the maternal uncle is the heir of one who has no other heir.”
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ مَوْلَى مَنْ لاَ مَوْلَى لَهُ وَالْخَالُ وَارِثُ مَنْ لاَ وَارِثَ لَهُ

«اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ مَوْلَى مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ وَالْخَالُ وَارِثُ مَنْ لَا وَارِثَ لَهُ»

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ «اللهُ وَرَسُولُهُ مَوْلَى مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ وَالْخَالُ وَارِثُ مَنْ لَا وَارِثَ لَهُ»
"اللهُ وَرَسُولُهُ مَوْلَى مَنْ لا ولِيَّ لَهُ، والخَالُ وَارِثُ مَن لَا وَارِثَ لَهُ "،
"الخالُ وارثُ من لا وارثَ لهُ، ورسولُ الله مَوْلَى مَنْ لا مَوْلى له".
