[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ was brought a man who appeared drunk. The man said, "I have not drunk wine; I only ate raisins and dates in Dubba'." The Prophet ﷺ shook him by his hands, slapped him with his sandals, and forbade him from mixing raisins and dates.  

الكبرى للنسائي:٥٢٧٣أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَبَّانُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ عَنْ أَبِي الْوَدَّاكِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ

أُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِرَجُلٍ نَشْوَانَ فَقَالَ إِنِّي لَمْ أَشْرَبْ خَمْرًا إِنَّمَا شَرِبْتُ زَبِيبًا وَتَمْرًا فِي دُبَّاءٍ قَالَ «فَبُهِزَ بِالْأَيْدِي وَخُفِقَ بِالنِّعَالِ وَنَهَى عَنِ الزَّبِيبِ وَالتَّمْرِ أَنْ يُخْلَطَا»

[Machine] Abi Al-Waddak said, "I do not drink wine after I heard Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri say that a man was brought to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and they said that he was intoxicated. The Prophet ﷺ said, 'I have only drunk grape juice and dates mixed together in a container.' He was then whipped with sandals and shaken by the hands. He prohibited the mixing of grape juice, dates, and grapes."

[Machine] On the authority of Abu Al-Waddak, who said: "I do not drink wine after I heard Abu Sa'id saying that a man who was drunk was brought to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he said, 'I did not drink wine, I only had raisins and dates mixed together in a vessel.' The Prophet ﷺ ordered him to be whipped with hands and sandals, and he forbade the mixing of raisins and dates (to ferment)."

When I was brought a drink made with grapes and dates, I said, 'O Messenger of Allah, I did not drink alcohol, but I drank a drink made with raisins and dates in a container.' The Prophet ﷺ then commanded that it be poured out by shaking it with the hands and striking it with the sandals. He prohibited grapes, dates, and containers."

"عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أنَّ رَسُولَ الله ﷺ أُتِىَ بِرَجُلٍ سَكْرَانَ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ الله! إِنِّى لَمْ أشْرَبْ خَمْرًا، إِنَّمَا شَرِبْتُ زَبِيبًا وَتَمْرًا، فَأمَرَ بِهِ فَضُرِبَ الحَد، وَنَهَى عَنْهُمَا أَنْ يُخْلَطَا".
