"Whenever the Prophet went to relieve himself, he would go far away."  

ابن ماجة:٣٣١ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا ذَهَبَ الْمَذْهَبَ أَبْعَدَ

When the Prophet ﷺ went (outside) to relieve himself, he went to a far-off place.  

أبو داود:١ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ بْنِ قَعْنَبٍ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا ذَهَبَ الْمَذْهَبَ أَبْعَدَ  

ibnmajah:333 – Yaʿqūb b. Ḥumayd b. Kāsib > Yaḥyá b. Sulaym > Ibn Khuthaym > Yūnus b. Khabbāb > Yaʿlá b. Murrah

«كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا ذَهَبَ لِحَاجَتِهِ أَبْعَدَ»
