أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ خَرَجَ بِهِمْ فَقَالَ صَلُّوا عَلَى أَخٍ لَكُمْ مَاتَ بِغَيْرِ أَرْضِكُمْ قَالُوا مَنْ هُوَ؟ قَالَ النَّجَاشِيُّ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَمَّا بَلَغَهُ مَوْتُ النَّجَاشِيِّ قَالَ صَلُّوا عَلَى أَخٍ لَكُمْ مَاتَ بِغَيْرِ بِلَادِكُمْ قَالَ فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَصْحَابُهُ قَالَ جَابِرٌ فَكُنْتُ فِي الصَّفِّ الثَّانِي أَوِ الثَّالِثِ قَالَ وَكَانَ اسْمُهُ أَصْحَمَةَ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Pray upon your brother who passed away outside of your land." They said, "Who, O Messenger of Allah?" He said, "An-Najashi Sahmatah." Then I asked, "Did you line up in rows for him?" He said, "Yes, I was in the third row."
