[Machine] An Arab man asked the Prophet ﷺ , "What are the Surahs?" He replied, "They are verses that are recited."  

ابن حبّان:٧٣١٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ التَّيْمِيُّ عَنْ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ بِشْرِ بْنِ شَغَافٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ

أَنَّ أَعْرَابِيًّا سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ مَا الصُّورُ؟ قَالَ «قَرْنٌ يُنْفَخُ فِيهِ»

"A Bedouin came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: 'What is the Sur?' He said: 'A horn that will be blown into'"  

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih. It has been reported by more than one narrator from Sulaimãn At-Taimi, and we do not know of it except as his narration.

قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ وَقَدْ رَوَى غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ وَلاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ حَدِيثِهِ

[Machine] An Arab man said, "O Messenger of Allah, what are the trumpets?" He replied, "They are horns that will be blown into."

darimi:2840 – Muḥammad b. Yūsuf > Sufyān > Sulaymān al-Taymī > Aslam al-ʿIjlī > Bishr b. Shaghāf > ʿAbdullāh b. ʿAmr

The Prophet ﷺ said: The trumpet (sur) which will be blown. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4742)   

الدارمي:٢٨٤٠ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ أَسْلَمَ الْعِجْلِيِّ عَنْ بِشْرِ بْنِ شَغَافٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ

سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنِ الصُّورِ فَقَالَ «قَرْنٌ يُنْفَخُ فِيهِ»

[Machine] "A Bedouin man came to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and asked him about the "soor" (figures or statues). The Prophet replied, "It is a horn that will be blown."

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ صحيح

جَاءَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ مَا الصُّورُ؟ قَالَ «قَرْنٌ يُنْفَخُ فِيهِ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ صحيح
