[Machine] We accompanied the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to Hawazin, and we were sitting and preparing to offer the afternoon prayer. Suddenly, a man on a red camel appeared and took away a camel belonging to one of our companions. He tied it to his own camel and then came and sat with us to eat. He looked at the faces of the people and noticed their softness, and most of them were on foot. When he looked at the faces of the people, he got up and walked away until he reached his camel. He sat on it and began to ride. He was at the forefront of the disbelievers. One of our companions who had embraced Islam followed him on a camel that belonged to him and was white. His name was Iyas, and he said, "I followed him." My father also followed him, and I unsheathed my sword and struck him on the head. Then I brought his camel and rode on it, taking his belongings. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ with the people approached and asked, "Who killed the man?" I said, "I did." He replied, "You have taken all his belongings."
