ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ مَا غَنِمَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ مِنْ أَمْوَالِ أَهْلِ الْحَرْبِ يُخَمَّسُ خَلَا مَا يُؤْكَلُ مِنْهَا لِقُوتِهِمْ

ibnhibban:4825 – al-Ḥasan b. Sufyān > Ibn Abū al-Sarī > Shuʿayb b. Isḥāq > ʿUbaydullāh b. ʿUmar > Nāfiʿ > Ibn ʿUmar

[Machine] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent an army and they obtained food and honey, but the Prophet ﷺ did not partake of it."  

ابن حبّان:٤٨٢٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي السَّرِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَجَّهَ جَيْشًا فَغَنِمُوا طَعَامًا وَعَسَلًا فَلَمْ يُخَمِّسْهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ»

أَنَّ جَيْشًا غَنِمُوا فِي زَمَانِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ طَعَامًا وَعَسَلاً فَلَمْ يُؤْخَذْ مِنْهُمُ الْخُمُسُ
