ذِكْرُ نَفْيِ الْقَضَاءِ وَالْكَفَّارَةِ عَلَى الْآكِلِ الصَّائِمِ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ نَاسِيًا

ibnhibban:3521 – Muḥammad b. Isḥāq b. Khuzaymah > Ibrāhīm b. Muḥammad b. Marzūq al-Bāhilī Bi-al-Baṣrah > Muḥammad b. ʿAbdullāh al-Anṣārī > Muḥammad b. ʿAmr > Abū Salamah > Abū Hurayrah

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever breaks their fast in the month of Ramadan forgetfully, there is no make-up (obligatory fasting) or expiation (atonement) upon them."  

ابن حبّان:٣٥٢١ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَرْزُوقٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ بِالْبَصْرَةَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ أَفْطَرَ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ نَاسِيًا فَلَا قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ وَلَا كَفَّارَةَ»

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ بِهَذِهِ السِّيَاقَةِ
