ذِكْرُ خَبَرٍ قَدْ يُوهِمُ عَالِمًا مِنَ النَّاسِ أَنَّهُ مُضَادُّ لِخَبَرِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ الَّذِي ذَكَرْنَاهُ

ibnhibban:3213 – Muḥammad b. ʿAbdullāh b. al-Junayd Bibust > Qutaybah b. Saʿīd > Bakr b. Muḍar > Mūsá b. Jubayr > Abū Umāmah b. Sahl b. Ḥunayf

[Machine] "If you had seen the Prophet of Allah ﷺ on a certain day, when he was ill, and he had with me six or seven dinars, he ordered me to distribute them. Your illness preoccupied me until Allah cured you. Then she asked me about it, and I said, 'No, by Allah, your illness preoccupied me.' She said, 'Then he called for it and placed it in his hand and said, 'What do you think the Prophet of Allah would say if he met Allah while he has this with him?'"  

ابن حبّان:٣٢١٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْجُنَيْدِ بِبُسْتَ حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ مُضَرَ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ بْنِ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ قَالَ دَخَلْتُ أَنَا وَعُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ فَقَالَتْ

لَوْ رَأَيْتُمَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ ﷺ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ فِي مَرَضٍ لَهُ وَكَانَتْ لَهُ عِنْدِي سِتَّةُ دَنَانِيرَ أَوْ سَبْعَةٌ قَالَتْ فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ أُفَرِّقَهَا فَشَغَلَنِي وَجَعُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ حَتَّى عَافَاهُ اللَّهُ قَالَتْ ثُمَّ سَأَلَنِي عَنْهَا فَقُلْتُ لَا وَاللَّهِ قَدْ كَانَ شَغَلَنِي وَجَعُكَ قَالَتْ فَدَعَا بِهَا فَوَضَعَهَا فِي كَفِّهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ «مَا ظَنُّ نَبِيِّ اللَّهِ لَوْ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ وَهُوَ عِنْدَهُ؟ »

Then Prophet of Allah, ﷺ , asked me about it and said, what happened to the six? or the seven? I said, no, by Allah, your pain had preoccupied me. Then he called for it, took it in his hand, and said, what do you think the Prophet of Allah, ﷺ , would do if he met Allah and had this with him?"

[Machine] If you had seen the Prophet of Allah, ﷺ , in an illness that afflicted him, and he had six dinars with me, Musa bin Jubair said, or seven, the Prophet of Allah, ﷺ , commanded me to distribute it, and the pain of the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , preoccupied me until Allah cured him, and then he asked me about it. He said, "Did you distribute the six or the seven?" She said, "No, by Allah, your pain preoccupied me." He said, "Then he called her and distributed it." She said, "What would the Prophet of Allah have thought if he met Allah while having it with him?
