I prohibited you from visiting the graves, but (now) you may visit them, and I prohibited you (from eating) the flesh of sacrific- ed animals beyond three days, but now keep it as long as you like. [Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited the delegation of Abdul Qais from drinking wine, including Dabba', Han'tam, Muzaffat, Naqeer, and Mazadah al-Majbubah. He said, "Pour out the wine in your cups, wash them, and then drink sweet and pleasant drinks." A man said, "O Messenger of Allah, is it permissible for me to use something similar to these?" The Messenger nodded with his hand and said, "In that case, make it like this." And he gestured with his palm.

So I went to Ibn Abbas and said to him, "Indeed, Ibn Umar was asked about wine and he said, 'That is one of the things which Allah and His Messenger ﷺ have forbidden.'"
