Al-Ala b. al-Hadrami wrote to the prophet (May peace be upon him), and he began with his name.  

أَنَّهُ كَتَبَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَبَدَأَ بِاسْمِهِ  

[Machine] That his father wrote to the Prophet ﷺ and began with himself.  

أَنَّ أَبَاهُ كَتَبَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَبَدَأَ بِنَفْسِهِ  

[Machine] "He wrote to the Prophet ﷺ and began with himself," Al-Dhahabi remained silent about it in his summary.  

«أَنَّهُ كَتَبَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَبَدَأَ بِنَفْسِهِ» سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص  

[Machine] "He wrote to the Prophet ﷺ beginning with himself."  

أَنَّهُ «كَتَبَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَبَدَأَ بِنَفْسِهِ»  

[Machine] That Al-Ala ibn Al-Hadrami wrote to the Prophet (PBUH) and began with himself.  

«أَنَّ الْعَلَاءَ بْنَ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ كَتَبَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَبَدَأَ بِنَفْسِهِ»
