[Machine] In the saying of Allah, the Almighty: "Those who avoid the major sins and immoralities, except for lapses." [Surah An-Najm 32]. It is said, "It is a man who commits a sin, then he repents from it." He said, "He says, 'If you forgive, O Allah, You forgive so many (sins), and there is no servant for You who does not deserve to be forgiven."  

الحاكم:٧٦٢٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْقَاضِي ثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ ثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ ثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ ﷻ {الَّذِينَ يَجْتَنِبُونَ كَبَائِرَ الْإِثْمِ وَالْفَوَاحِشَ إِلَّا اللِّمَمَ} [النجم 32] قَالَ «هُوَ الرَّجُلُ يُصِيبُ الْفَاحِشَةَ يُلِمُّ بِهَا ثُمَّ يَتُوبُ مِنْهَا» قَالَ يَقُولُ [البحر الرجز] إِنْ تَغْفِرِ اللَّهُمَّ تَغْفِرْ جَمَّا وَأَيُّ عَبْدٍ لَكَ لَا أَلَمَّا «  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» على شرط البخاري ومسلم

هُوَأَنْ يَأْتِيَ الرَّجُلُ الْفَاحِشَةَ ثُمَّ يَتُوبُ مِنْهَا قَالَ وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ تَغْفِرْ تَغْفِرْ جَمَّا وَأَيُّ عَبْدٍ لَكَ لَا أَلَمَّا؟»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَإِنَّمَا خَرَّجَا حَدِيثَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَمْ أَرَ شَيْئًا أَقْرَبَ بِاللَّمَمِ مِنَ الَّذِي قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ كُتِبَ عَلَى ابْنِ آدَمَ حَظُّهُ مِنَ الزِّنَا الْحَدِيثَ وَالَّذِي عِنْدِي أَنَّهُمَا تَرَكَا حَدِيثَ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ لِلْحَدِيثِ الَّذِي على شرطهما

from Ibn 'Abbas (regarding this Ayah): Those who avoid great sins and Al-Fawahish except Al-Lamam (minor sins) (53:32). He said: "The Prophet ﷺ said: 'Your forgiveness, O Allah is so ample, and which of Your worshipers has not committed Al-Lamam (minor sins)!'" (Using translation from Tirmidhī 3284)
