From 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When one of you eats food, then let him say: 'Bismillah.' If he forgets in the beginning, then let him say: 'Bismillah Fi Awwalihi Wa Akhirih (In the Name of Allah in its beginning and its end.)" (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1858)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِذَا أَكَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ طَعَامًا فَلْيَقُلْ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ فَإِنْ نَسِيَ فِي أَوَّلِهِ فَلْيَقُلْ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ فِي أَوَّلِهِ وَآخِرِهِ»
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: When one of you eats, he should mention Allah's name; if he forgets to mention Allah's name at the beginning, he should say: "In the name of Allah at the beginning and at the end of it."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا أَكَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَذْكُرِ اسْمَ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى فَإِنْ نَسِيَ أَنْ يَذْكُرَ اسْمَ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى فِي أَوَّلِهِ فَلْيَقُلْ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَوَّلَهُ وَآخِرَهُ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: When one of you eats, he should mention Allah's name; if he forgets to mention Allah's name at the beginning, he should say: "In the name of Allah at the beginning and at the end of it." (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3767)
"إذا أكَلَ أحدُكُمْ طَعامًا فليذْكُرْ اسْمَ الله، فإنْ نَسِيَ أَنْ يَذْكَر اسْمَ الله في أَوَّلَه فْليقُل: بِسْم الله على أوّلَهِ وآخِرِه" .
“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was eating food with six of his Companions when a Bedouin came and ate it all in two bites. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘If he had said Bismillah, it would have sufficed you (all). When any one of you eats food, let him say Bismillah, and if he forgets to say Bismillah at the beginning, let him say Bismillah fi awwalihi wa akhirih (In the Name of Allah at the beginning and at the end).’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3264)
"أَمَا إنه لو قال: بسم الله لَكَفَاكُمْ؛ فإِذا أَكَل أَحَدُكُم طعامًا فليَقُلْ: بسم اللهِ، فإِن نسى أن يقولَ: بسم الله في أوَّله، فَليَقُلْ بسم اللهِ أولَّهُ وآخرَهُ" .
