[Machine] Al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib approached the Messenger of Allah ﷺ wearing a dress and with two braids, and he was wearing white. When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saw him, he smiled. Al-Abbas said, "O Messenger of Allah, what made you smile? May Allah make your teeth laugh!" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, "I admired the beauty of the uncle of the Prophet." Al-Abbas then asked, "What beauty is there in men?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ answered, "The tongue."

الحاكم:٥٤٢٤ – حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ ثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ قَالَ ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ الضَّبِّيُّ ثَنَا الْحَاكِمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بِشْرٍ الْخَثْعَمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

أَقْبَلَ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَعَلَيْهِ حُلَّةٌ وَلَهُ ضَفِيرَتَانِ وَهُوَ أَبْيَضُ فَلَمَّا رَآهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ تَبَسَّمَ فَقَالَ الْعَبَّاسُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا أَضْحَكَكَ أَضْحَكَ اللَّهُ سِنَّكَ؟ فَقَالَ «أَعْجَبَنِي جَمَالُ عَمِّ النَّبِيِّ» فَقَالَ الْعَبَّاسُ مَا الْجَمَالُ فِي الرِّجَالِ؟ قَالَ «اللِّسَانُ» مرسل

الحاكم في المستدرك من طريق أبي جعفر بن علي بن الحسين، عن أبيه قال: أقبل

العباس إلى رسول الله ﷺ وعليه حُلّتان، وله ضفيرتان، وهو أبيض فلما رآه تبسم فقال: يا رسول الله! ما أضحكك؟ أضحك الله سنك، قال: أعجبنى: وذكره، فقال العباس: ما الجمال؟ قال: اللسان، وهو مرسل) .

"عَنْ أَبِى جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدِ بْن الْحُسَيْنِ قَالَ: أَقْبَلَ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ وَهُوَ أَبْيَضُ بَضٌّ (*) وَعَلَيْهِ حُلَّة وَلَهُ ضَفِيرَتَانِ، فَلَمَّا رآهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ تَبَسَّمَ، فَقَالَ لَهُ الْعَبَّاسُ: فِيمَ ضَحِكْتَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَضْحَكَ اللَّهُ -تَعَالَى- سِنكَ، قَالَ: أَعْجَبَنِى جَمَالُكَ يَا عَمِّى، فَقَالَ الْعَبَّاسُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ! مَا الْجَمَالُ فِى الرَّجلِ؟ قَالَ: اللِّسَانُ".
