The virtue of raising the voice in the adhan (call to prayer)
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri said to him: "I see that you love sheep and the open land. So when you are among your sheep or in your open land and you give the call to prayer, raise your voice in the call, 'for no jinn, human, or anything hears the extent of the muadhdhin's voice except that it will testify for him on the Day of Resurrection.'" Abu Sa'id said: I heard it from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
