None informed us that he saw the Prophet ﷺ offering the Duha (i.e. forenoon) prayer, except Um Hani who mentioned that the Prophet ﷺ took a bath in her house on the day of the Conquest (of Mecca) and then offered an eight rakʿat prayer. She added, "I never saw the Prophet ﷺ offering a lighter prayer than that prayer, but he was performing perfect bowing and prostrations."

أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يُصَلِّي الضُّحَى غَيْرَ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ فَإِنَّهَا ذَكَرَتْ أَنَّهُ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ اغْتَسَلَ فِي بَيْتِهَا ثُمَّ صَلَّى ثَمَانِيَ رَكَعَاتٍ قَالَتْ لَمْ أَرَهُ صَلَّى صَلاَةً أَخَفَّ مِنْهَا غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ يُتِمُّ الرُّكُوعَ وَالسُّجُودَ

Only Um Hani told us that she had seen the Prophet ﷺ offering the Duha (forenoon prayer). She said, "On the day of the conquest of Mecca, the Prophet ﷺ took a bath in my house and offered eight rakʿat. I never saw him praying such a light prayer but he performed perfect prostration and bowing.

أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ صَلَّى الضُّحَى غَيْرُ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ ذَكَرَتْ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ اغْتَسَلَ فِي بَيْتِهَا فَصَلَّى ثَمَانِ رَكَعَاتٍ فَمَا رَأَيْتُهُ صَلَّى صَلاَةً أَخَفَّ مِنْهَا غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ يُتِمُّ الرُّكُوعَ وَالسُّجُودَ

No one has ever narrated to me that he saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ observing the forenoon prayer, except Umm Hani. She, however, narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered her house on the day of the Conquest of Mecca and prayed eight rak'ahs (adding): I never saw a shorter prayer than it except that he performed the bowing and prostration completely. But (one of the narrators) Ibn Bashshar in his narration made no mention of the word:" Never".

مَا أَخْبَرَنِي أَحَدٌ أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يُصَلِّي الضُّحَى إِلاَّ أُمُّ هَانِئٍ فَإِنَّهَا حَدَّثَتْ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ دَخَلَ بَيْتَهَا يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ فَصَلَّى ثَمَانِيَ رَكَعَاتٍ مَا رَأَيْتُهُ صَلَّى صَلاَةً قَطُّ أَخَفَّ مِنْهَا غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُتِمُّ الرُّكُوعَ وَالسُّجُودَ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ ابْنُ بَشَّارٍ فِي حَدِيثِهِ قَوْلَهُ قَطُّ

No one told us that the Prophet ﷺ had offered Duha prayer except Umm Hani. She said that the Prophet ﷺ had taken bath in her house on the day of the Conquest of Mecca and prayed eight rak'ahs. But no one saw him afterwards praying these rak'ahs.

أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ صَلَّى الضُّحَى غَيْرَ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ فَإِنَّهَا ذَكَرَتْ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ اغْتَسَلَ فِي بَيْتِهَا وَصَلَّى ثَمَانِيَ رَكَعَاتٍ فَلَمْ يَرَهُ أَحَدٌ صَلاَّهُنَّ بَعْدُ

"No one informed that they saw Messenger of Allah praying Ad-Duha except Umm Hani. She narrated that Messenger of Allah entered her house on the Day of the Conquest of Makkah. He performed Ghusl and performed eight voluntary Rak'ah such that she had not ever seen him pray any Salat lighter than them, but that he completed the bowing and prostrations."

أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يُصَلِّي الضُّحَى إِلاَّ أُمُّ هَانِئٍ فَإِنَّهَا حَدَّثَتْ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ دَخَلَ بَيْتَهَا يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ فَاغْتَسَلَ فَسَبَّحَ ثَمَانَ رَكَعَاتٍ مَا رَأَيْتُهُ صَلَّى صَلاَةً قَطُّ أَخَفَّ مِنْهَا غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُتِمُّ الرُّكُوعَ وَالسُّجُودَ

[Machine] I met the companions of the Prophet ﷺ while they were present, but none of them told me that they had seen the Messenger of Allah ﷺ praying the Dhuha prayer except for Umm Hani, who said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered upon her on the day of the conquest, which was a Friday, he performed ablution, then he prayed eight units of prayer.

أَدْرَكْتُ أَصْحَابَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَهُمْ مُتَوَافِرُونَ فَمَا حَدَّثَنِي أَحَدٌ مِنْهُمْ أَنَّهُ رَأَى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي الضُّحَى غَيْرَ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ فَإِنَّهَا قَالَتْ دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ يَوْمَ جُمُعَةٍ فَاغْتَسَلَ ثُمَّ صَلَّى ثَمَانِيَ رَكَعَاتٍ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to pray the Duha prayer, except for Umm Hani who said: "The Prophet ﷺ entered my house and performed ghusl on the day of the conquest of Mecca, then he prayed eight rak'ahs in which he made the ruku' and sujud brief."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ صَلَّى الضُّحَى إِلَّا أُمَّ هَانِئٍ فَإِنَّهَا قَالَتْ دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بَيْتِي فَاغْتَسَلَ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ ثُمَّ صَلَّى ثَمَانِيَ رَكَعَاتٍ يُخِفُّ فِيهِنَّ الرُّكُوعَ وَالسُّجُودَ

[Machine] "He saw the Prophet ﷺ praying Duha except for Umm Hani, as she mentioned that on the day Mecca was conquered, he performed ablution at her house and prayed eight units of prayer that she had never seen him perform a prayer lighter than, except that he completed its bowing and prostration."

أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يُصَلِّي الضُّحَى إِلَّا أُمُّ هَانِئٍ فَإِنَّهَا ذَكَرَتْ أَنَّهُ «يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ اغْتَسَلَ فِي بَيْتِهَا فَصَلَّى ثَمَانِ رَكَعَاتٍ لَمْ أَرَهُ صَلَّى صَلَاةً أَخَفَّ مِنْهَا غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ يُتِمُّ رُكُوعَهَا وَسُجُودَهَا»

Only Um Hani told us that she had seen the Prophet ﷺ offering the Duha (forenoon prayer). She said, "On the day of the conquest of Mecca, the Prophet ﷺ took a bath in my house and offered eight rakʿat. I never saw him praying such a light prayer but he performed perfect prostration and bowing. (Using translation from Bukhārī 1103)

[Machine] He saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ praying the Duha prayer in a home other than his wife Haneefah. She said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered her house on the day Mecca was conquered, performed ablution, and prayed eight units of prayer. She said, "I have not seen a prayer lighter than it, except that he completed the bowing and prostration, which is the wording of the Hadith of Adam."
