[Machine] I met the companions of the Prophet ﷺ while they were present, but none of them told me that they had seen the Messenger of Allah ﷺ praying the Dhuha prayer except for Umm Hani, who said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered upon her on the day of the conquest, which was a Friday, he performed ablution, then he prayed eight units of prayer.  

أحمد:٢٦٩٠١ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ صَلَاةِ الضُّحَى فَقَالَ

أَدْرَكْتُ أَصْحَابَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَهُمْ مُتَوَافِرُونَ فَمَا حَدَّثَنِي أَحَدٌ مِنْهُمْ أَنَّهُ رَأَى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي الضُّحَى غَيْرَ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ فَإِنَّهَا قَالَتْ دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ يَوْمَ جُمُعَةٍ فَاغْتَسَلَ ثُمَّ صَلَّى ثَمَانِيَ رَكَعَاتٍ

Only Um Hani narrated to me that she had seen the Prophet ﷺ offering the Duha prayer. She said, "On the day of the conquest of Mecca, the Prophet ﷺ entered my house, took a bath and offered eight rakʿat (of Duha prayers. I had never seen the Prophet ﷺ offering such a light prayer but he performed bowing and prostrations perfectly .  

البخاري:١١٧٦ – حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي لَيْلَى يَقُولُ مَا حَدَّثَنَا أَحَدٌ

أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يُصَلِّي الضُّحَى غَيْرَ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ فَإِنَّهَا قَالَتْ إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ دَخَلَ بَيْتَهَا يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ فَاغْتَسَلَ وَصَلَّى ثَمَانِيَ رَكَعَاتٍ فَلَمْ أَرَ صَلاَةً قَطُّ أَخَفَّ مِنْهَا غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ يُتِمُّ الرُّكُوعَ وَالسُّجُودَ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to pray the Duha prayer, except for Umm Hani who said: "The Prophet ﷺ entered my house and performed ghusl on the day of the conquest of Mecca, then he prayed eight rak'ahs in which he made the ruku' and sujud brief."

السيوطي:٦٩٨-٧b –

"عَن يزيد بن أَبى زِيَاد قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ عَبد الرَّحَمن بن الْحرث عَنْ صَلَاة الضحى فقال: أَدرَكْت أَصْحَاب رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَهُمْ مَتَوافِرُونَ، فَمَا حَدَّثنِى أَحَد مِنْهُم أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِىَّ ﷺ يُصَلِّى الضُّحَى غَيْرَ أُمّ هَانئ، فَإِنَّهَا قَالَتْ: دَخَلَ عَلَى رَسُول اللَّهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعة يَوْمَ الْفَتْح، فَاغْتَسَلَ ثُمَّ صَلَّى ثَمَانِى رَكَعَاتٍ".
