البزّار:٩٠٦٠ – حَدَّثَنا مُحَمَّد بن عبد الملك حَدَّثَنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عن موسى بن طلحة عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ

قال جاء أعرابي إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ بأرنب قد شواها وجاء معها بصنابها وأدمها فوضعها بين يديه فأمسك رسول الله ﷺ فلم يأكل وأمر أصحابه أن يأكلوا وأمسك الأعرابي فلم يأكل فقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ما يمنعك أن تأكل قال أصوم ثلاثة أيام من كل شهر قال إن كنت صائما فصم أيام الغر وهذا الحديثُ قد رواه غير عبد الملك بن عمير فاختلفوا على موسى بن طلحة ففرواه بعضهم عن موسى بن طلحة عن ابن الحوتكية عن أبي ذر ؓ ورواه بعضهم عن موسى بن طلحة عن ابن الحوتكية عن عمر ؓ
