Shave the other half, and said: Where is Abu Talha and gave it (the hair) to him.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ رَمَى جَمْرَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ إِلَى الْبُدْنِ فَنَحَرَهَا وَالْحَجَّامُ جَالِسٌ وَقَالَ بِيَدِهِ عَنْ رَأْسِهِ فَحَلَقَ شِقَّهُ الأَيْمَنَ فَقَسَمَهُ فِيمَنْ يَلِيهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ احْلِقِ الشِّقَّ الآخَرَ فَقَالَ أَيْنَ أَبُو طَلْحَةَ فَأَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ

When Messenger of Allah ﷺ had thrown pebbles at the Jamra and had sacrificed the animal, he turned (the right side) of his head towards the barber, and i. e shaved it. He then called Abu Talha al-Ansari and gave it to him. He then turned his left side and asked him (the barber) to shave. And he (the barber) shaved. and gave it to Abu Talha and told him to distribute it amongst the people.

لَمَّا رَمَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْجَمْرَةَ وَنَحَرَ نُسُكَهُ وَحَلَقَ نَاوَلَ الْحَالِقَ شِقَّهُ الأَيْمَنَ فَحَلَقَهُ ثُمَّ دَعَا أَبَا طَلْحَةَ الأَنْصَارِيَّ فَأَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ ثُمَّ نَاوَلَهُ الشِّقَّ الأَيْسَرَ فَقَالَ احْلِقْ فَحَلَقَهُ فَأَعْطَاهُ أَبَا طَلْحَةَ فَقَالَ اقْسِمْهُ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ threw the jamrah, then he sacrificed the animals. The barber was sitting, and then he said to the barber and described Hisham, and placed his hand on his temple. He shaved one side of his right temple and distributed it among the people, and shaved the other side and gave it to Abu Talha.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ ثُمَّ نَحَرَ الْبُدْنَ وَالْحَجَّامُ جَالِسٌ ثُمَّ قَالَ لِلْحَجَّامِ وَوَصَفَ هِشَامٌ ذَلِكَوَوَضَعَ يَدَهُ عَلَى ذُؤَابَتِهِ فَحَلَقَ أَحَدَ شِقَّيْهِ الْأَيْمَنَ وَقَسَمَهُ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ وَحَلَقَ الْآخَرَ فَأَعْطَاهُ أَبَا طَلْحَةَ

[AI] When the Messenger of Allahﷺ threw the pebbles, and sacrificed his animals, he handed the razor to the barber and had his right side shaved. Then he handed it to Abu Talhah Al-Ansari, who also shaved his right side. Then he handed it back to the barber and had his left side shaved, saying, "Shave it." So the barber shaved it, and Abu Talhah said, "Divide it among the people."
