[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to pray one night in his room and some people came and prayed with his prayer. So, he lightened his prayer, then he entered the house and came out repeating all of that, praying. When morning came, they said, "O Messenger of Allah, you prayed and we would have liked for you to prolong your prayer." He said, "I knew your position and deliberately did that."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يُصَلِّي ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ فِي حُجْرَتِهِ فَجَاءَ أُنَاسٌ فَصَلَّوْا بِصَلَاتِهِ فَخَفَّفَ فَدَخَلَ الْبَيْتَ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ فَعَادَ مِرَارًا كُلَّ ذَلِكَ يُصَلِّي فَلَمَّا أَصْبَحَ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّيْتَ وَنَحْنُ نُحِبُّ أَنْ تَمُدَّ فِي صَلَاتِكَ قَالَ قَدْ عَلِمْتُ بِمَكَانِكُمْ وَعَمْدًا فَعَلْتُ ذَلِكَ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ was praying in his room one night when some of his companions came and prayed with his prayer. He reduced it then entered the house, then came out and did that again. He kept praying and then leaving. When morning came, they said, "O Messenger of Allah, we prayed with you last night and we would love for you to prolong your prayer." He said, "I knew of your presence and deliberately did that."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ يُصَلِّي فِي حُجْرَتِهِ فَجَاءَ أُنَاسٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ فَصَلَّوْا بِصَلَاتِهِ فَخَفَّفَ ثُمَّ دَخَلَ الْبَيْتَ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ فَفَعَلَ ذَلِكَ مِرَارًا كُلُّ ذَلِكَ يُصَلِّي وَيَنْصَرِفُ فَلَمَّا أَصْبَحَ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّيْنَا مَعَكَ الْبَارِحَةَ وَنَحْنُ نُحِبُّ أَنْ تَمُدَّ فِي صَلَاتِكَ فَقَالَ قَدْ عَلِمْتُ بِمَكَانِكُمْ وَعَمْدًا فَعَلْتُ ذَلِكَ

[Machine] The passage translates to: "That the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , used to pray during the night in his room and some of his companions came to him, so they prayed with his prayer. He calmed down and entered the house, then came out and did that repeatedly, all of that he would pray and then leave and enter. When morning came, they said, 'O Messenger of Allah, we prayed with you last night and we want you to prolong your prayer.' He said, 'I knew that you were there intentionally, so I did that.'"
