البزّار:٥٦٨٩ – حَدَّثنا محمد بن المثني حَدَّثنا بِشْر بن عُمَر حَدَّثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ عُقَيل عَن ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَن أَنَس بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ

صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَجْمَعَ بَيْنَ الصَّلاتَيْنِ يَعْنِي فِي السَّفَرِ أَخَّرَ الظُّهْرَ حَتَّى يَدْخُلَ وَقْتُ الْعَصْرِ ثُمَّ يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَهُمَا وَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَجْمَعَ بَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ أَخَّرَ الْمَغْرِبَ حَتَّى يَدْخُلَ وَقْتُ الْعِشَاءِ ثُمَّ يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَهُمَا

When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ intended to combine two prayers on a journey, he delayed the noon prayer till came the early time of the afternoon prayer, and then combined the two.

مسلم:٧٠٤b – وَحَدَّثَنِي عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ حَدَّثَنَا شَبَابَةُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ الْمَدَايِنِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عُقَيْلِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَجْمَعَ بَيْنَ الصَّلاَتَيْنِ فِي السَّفَرِ أَخَّرَ الظُّهْرَ حَتَّى يَدْخُلَ أَوَّلُ وَقْتِ الْعَصْرِ ثُمَّ يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَهُمَا

ذِكْرُ خَبَرٍ ثَانٍ يَدُلُّ عَلَى أَنَّ تَارِكَ الصَّلَاةِ مُتَعَمِّدًا حَتَّى خَرَجَ وَقْتُهَا لَا يَكْفُرُ بِاسْتِعْمَالِهِ ذَلِكَ كُفْرًا تَبِينُ امْرَأَتُهُ بِهِ عَنْهُ
