ʿUmar said, "Were it not for those Muslims who have not come to existence yet, I would have distributed (the land of) every town I conquer among the fighters as the Prophet ﷺ distributed the land of Khaibar."

عُمَرُ ؓ لَوْلاَ آخِرُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ مَا فَتَحْتُ قَرْيَةً إِلاَّ قَسَمْتُهَا بَيْنَ أَهْلِهَا كَمَا قَسَمَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ خَيْبَرَ

ʿUmar said, "But for the future Muslim generations, I would have distributed the land of the villages I conquer among the soldiers as the Prophet ﷺ distributed the land of Khaibar."

عُمَرُ ؓ لَوْلاَ آخِرُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ مَا فَتَحْتُ قَرْيَةً إِلاَّ قَسَمْتُهَا بَيْنَ أَهْلِهَا كَمَا قَسَمَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ خَيْبَرَ

But for the other Muslims (i.e. coming generations) I would divide (the land of) whatever villages the Muslims might conquer (among the fighters), as the Prophet ﷺ divided (the land of) Khaibar.

لَوْلاَ آخِرُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ مَا فُتِحَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ قَرْيَةٌ إِلاَّ قَسَمْتُهَا كَمَا قَسَمَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ خَيْبَرَ

‘Umar said “Had I not considered the last Muslim, I would have any town I conquered divided as the Apostle of Allaah ﷺ had divided Khaibar.”

لَوْلاَ آخِرُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ مَا فَتَحْتُ قَرْيَةً إِلاَّ قَسَمْتُهَا كَمَا قَسَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ خَيْبَرَ

Were it not for the coming generations of the Muslims, I would not have conquered any town but I would have divided it as the Messenger of Allah ﷺ divided Khaibar.

لَوْلا آخِرُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ مَا فُتِحَتْ قَرْيَةٌ إِلَّا قَسَمْتُهَا كَمَاقَسَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ خَيْبَرَ

[Machine] If it weren't for the last of the Muslims, no village would have been conquered, without me dividing it just as the Messenger of Allah ﷺ divided Khaibar.

لَوْلَا آخِرُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ مَا افْتُتِحَتْ قَرْيَةٌ إِلَّا قَسَمْتُهَا كَمَا قَسَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ خَيْبَرَ

(عن عمر قال: ) "لَوْلَا آخِرُ المُسْلِمِينَ مَا فُتِحَتْ قَرْيَةٌ إِلَّا قَسَمْتُهَا كمَا قَسَمَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ خَيْبَرَ".
