The Prophet of Allah ﷺ used to say when he broke his fast: O Allah, for Thee I have fasted, and with Thy provision I have broken my fast. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2358)   

البيهقي:٨١٣٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ زُهْرَةَ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا أَفْطَرَ قَالَ اللهُمَّ لَكَ صُمْتُ وَعَلَى رِزْقِكَ أَفْطَرْتُ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا أَفْطَرَ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ صُمْتُ وَعَلَى رِزْقِكَ أَفْطَرْتُ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to say when breaking his fast, "For you is my fasting, and upon your sustenance I have broken my fast, so accept it from me. Verily, You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing."  

الطبراني:١٢٧٢٠ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ هَارُونَ بْنِ عَنْتَرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا أَفْطَرَ قَالَ «لَكَ صُمْتُ وَعَلَى رِزْقِكَ أَفْطَرْتُ فَتَقَبَّلْ مِنِّي إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ»

"اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ صُمْتُ وَعَلى رِزْقِكَ أفْطَرْتُ" .  

[د] أبو داود بإِسناد حسن لكن مرسل عن معاذ بن زهرة تابعي، [قط] الدارقطنى في السنن عن ابن عباس متصلا وزاد في آخره فتقبل منا إِنك أنت السميع العليم وقال في أوله "صُمْنَا وَأفْطَرْنَا بدل صمت وأفطرت وفي إِسناده عبد الملك بن هارون بن عنترة متروك"
