0 Allah I curse the tribes of Lihyan, Ri'l, Dhakwan, and 'Usayya for they disobeyed Allah and His Messenger ﷺ. Allah pardoned (the tribe of) Ghifar and Allah granted protection to (the tribe of) Aslam (Using translation from Muslim 679a)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ اللهُمَّ الْعَنْ بَنِي لَحْيَانَ وَرِعْلًا وَذَكْوَانَ وَعُصَيَّةُ عَصَتِ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَغِفَارُ غَفَرَ اللهُ لَهَا وَأَسْلَمُ سَالَمَهَا اللهُ
While Messenger of Allah ﷺ was on the pulpit, he said, "May Allah forgive the tribe of Ghifar! And may Allah save the tribe of Aslam! The tribe of ʿUsaiya have disobeyed Allah and His Apostle."
أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ غِفَارُ غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَهَا وَأَسْلَمُ سَالَمَهَا اللَّهُ وَعُصَيَّةُ عَصَتِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ

"لَعَنَ اللهُ لَحْيَانًا وَرِعْلًا (*) وَذَكْوَانَا وَعُصَيةَ عَصَتِ اللهِ وَرَسُولَهُ، أَسْلَمُ سَالمَهَا الله، غِفَارٌ غَفَرَ اللهُ لَهَا، أَيُّهَا النَّاس إِنِّي لَسْتُ أنَا قُلتُ هَذَا، وَلكِنَ اللهَ قَالهُ".
