[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "When a slave is given a limit or inherits wealth, he inherits according to the amount that he has been freed, and he is held accountable according to the amount that he has been freed from."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا أَصَابَ الْمُكَاتَبُ حَدًّا أَوْ وَرِثَ مِيرَاثًا فَإِنَّهُ يَرِثُ بِقَدْرِ مَا عُتِقَ وَيُقَامُ عَلَيْهِ بِقَدْرِ مَا عُتِقَ مِنْهُ»

[Machine] Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle ﷺ said, "When a slave is freed by his master and he has the price of his freedom, he must pay his master the price and keep what remains as his reward in the Hereafter. If a slave is granted freedom by sharing the value of his price with his master, he has to pay his master the share agreed upon, and the rest will be his reward in the Hereafter." Abu 'Abdullah said, "This is the tradition which has been criticized by the scholars."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا أَصَابَ الْمُكَاتِبُ حَدًّا أَوْ مِيرَاثًا وَرِثَ بِحِسَابِ مَا عُتِقَ مِنْهُ وَأُقِيمَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ بِحِسَابِ مَا عُتِقَ مِنْهُ» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هَذَا لَا يَصِحُّ وَهُوَ مُخْتَلَفٌ فِيهِ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "If a slave has been given a specific limit or inheritance, it should be calculated based on the amount he has been freed from, and the punishment should be imposed on him based on the amount he has been freed from."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا أَصَابَ الْمُكَاتَبُ حَدًّا أَوْ مِيرَاثًا وَرِثَ بِحِسَابِ مَا عَتَقَ مِنْهُ وَأُقِيمَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ بِحِسَابِ مَا عَتَقَ مِنْهُ»

[Machine] "From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: 'If a slave is afflicted with a limit or inheritance, he shall inherit based on the value of his emancipation and the limit shall be established based on the value of his emancipation.'"

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا أَصَابَ الْمُكَاتَبُ حَدًّا أَوْ مِيرَاثًا وَرِثَ بِحِسَابِ مَا عَتَقَ مِنْهُ وَأُقِيمَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ بِحِسَابِ مَا عَتَقَ مِنْهُ»
