[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The widowed woman has more right to herself than her guardian, and the virgin seeks permission for herself, and her permission is her silence." And Abu Abdullah Al-Hafiz informed us, and Abu Bakr ibn Ishaq narrated to us, and Ismail ibn Qutaybah narrated to us, and Yahya ibn Yahya said, "I said to Malik, 'Abdullah ibn Al-Fadl narrated to you, so mention it to me like Ibn Wahb's narration.'"  

البيهقي:١٣٦٦١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ أنبأ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ أَنَّ

رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْأَيِّمُ أَحَقُّ بِنَفْسِهَا مِنْ وَلِيِّهَا وَالْبِكْرُ تُسْتَأْذَنُ فِي نَفْسِهَا وَإِذْنُهَا صُمَاتُهَا 13662 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ قُلْتُ لِمَالِكٍ حَدَّثَكَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ فَذَكَرَهُ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ وَهْبٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ صَلَاةُ الْجَمَاعَةِ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ صَلَاةِ أَحَدِكُمْ وَحْدَهُ بِخَمْسَةٍ وَعِشْرِينَ جُزْءًا أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ فَذَكَرَهُ بِمِثْلِهِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever drinks alcohol in this world and does not repent from it, will be deprived of it in the Hereafter." And Abu Abdullah Al-Hafiz informed us that Abu Bakr ibn Ishaq informed us that Ismail ibn Qutaybah narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Yahya, who said, "I read to Malik and mentioned it to him in a similar way, except that he did not mention repentance."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فِي الدُّنْيَا ثُمَّ لَمْ يَتُبْ مِنْهَا حُرِمَهَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ 17337 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَذْكُرِ التَّوْبَةَ

Ibn Shihab said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say 'Amin', and Abu Abdullah Al-Hafiz informed us that Abu Bakr ibn Ishaq informed us that Ismail ibn Qutaybah narrated to us that Yahya ibn Yahya said: I read this to Malik, and he mentioned it with its meaning."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا أَمَّنَ الْإِمَامُ فَأَمِّنُوا فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ وَافَقَ تَأْمِينُهُ تَأْمِينَ الْمَلَائِكَةِ غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ وَكَانَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ آمِينَ وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ فَذَكَرَهُ بِمَعْنَاهُ
