[Machine] I heard the Prophet (PBUH) saying, "Whoever is invited, they should accept the invitation. If they are fasting, they should break their fast and if they are not fasting, they should eat and pray for the host."  

أحمد:٧٧٤٩حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ دُعِيَفَلْيُجِبْ فَإِنْ كَانَ مُفْطِرًا أَكَلَ وَإِنْ كَانَ صَائِمًا فَلْيُصَلِّ وَلْيَدْعُ لَهُمْ

Hisham said: The word salat means to pray (for him to Allah). Abu Dawud said: This tradition has also been narrated by Hafs b. Ghiyath from Hisham. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2460)   

الكبرى للنسائي:٦٥٧٦أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ
